What a great place! After over 5 years with poor hearing (assisted) in my left ear and severe itching, I went to the Lab for help cleaning and adjusting my Oticon hearing aids. Luis Guzman serviced my aids and checked my ears. He found an old cone and part of a tube in my ear. I had purchased new aids 5 years ago, went to a specialist for my ear concerns (gave me anti biotics). No one found the problem! Luis removed the blockage, tested the fit of the cones for leakage. After 5 years, many cleanings and a visit to the specialist, my ear is finally cured. THANKS-please think of this location for help with any hearing problem or for new hearing aids.

First Visit: Outstanding examination of my hearing loss.My first visit to the Hearing Aid Lab was easy and productive. Ms. Guzman spent time learning about the sound environments that I frequent (large noisy rooms, small groups, individual conversations, and many more). The hearing test was easy, painless, and interesting. Ms. Guzman studied the test results and considered my hearing environments leading to selection of two hearing aids that may be best for me. She took the time to fully explain why these units may be best for me and walked me through the features and use of each. We selected one of these units for me to try for a week.Throughout my first visit to the Hearing Aid Lab in Lake Mary I was treated with respect in a genuinely caring environment. Alexis has been amazing, Im hard to please and I want things right and above all I want to HEAR. She has worked with me getting the right hearing aid for the situations in my life, she has adjusted several times for me with such a great attitude. She really wants things to work correctly too. This time my hearing aid sounds distorted, no problem, she believes me and sent them back AND loaned a hearing aid to me while mine are being looked at. Anyone else would not have done that. I have been around the block with hearing aids from a very high profile ear,nose and throat Drs office that did not work even half as well as the ones from Hearing Aid Lab. As a matter of fact they did not even offer the cross over hearing aids. And these people are supposed to be the experts!Want people that care and know what they are doing? Go to Hearing Aid Lab.
