Great Dr who really cares. Been going to her for years.

This was my first time going to an eye doctor so I was nervous. I started noticing my vision getting a little blurry so I went in to get them checked out. They made the process quick and smooth! They have some really nice frames there. I bought some cute Gucci ones and I love them!

Dr. Tartibi is patient and extremely thorough. Front desk staff is super nice. Very flexible with appointment times as well.

I had an appointment with my daughter that is under the autism spectrum and they didn’t see her as she has a difficult time with doctors. Instead of helping me they told me that they couldn’t see her as she was making the other patients uncomfortable. When I made the appointment I told them about her diagnosis she missed school for nothing. I am also going to make a complaint with the health department as it is discrimination against children with special needs.

Dr. Tartibe is a very good doctor and great with kids. My kids love going to the eye doctor because of how friendly the doctor and staff are.

The best eye doctor in Reno, and the best and most attentive staff I have seen of almost any doctors office. They have helped me so much, and Dr. Tartibi always was so kind and fast with all my apts. Since Ive moved to Nevada I have missed my eye apts so much! I wish I could bring them with me! Could not suggest them more!

Made an appointment, they called and confirmed. Been going the last two years. Receptionist said they no longer accepted my insurance. They never informed me of that until I was at the window to sign in. It would have been nice if someone had mentioned that. Took time off from work to be there. Sorry but that is awful customer service.
