I wanted to send a fruit assortment to a client of mine. I had written a card on my companys stock with our branding. Its really well done - complete with a wax seal on the envelope!! Very High End.But the staff at the place wouldnt allow me to include the card with the delivery. I said this was crazy and they went in the back to talk to a manager and they said my only option was to pay to buy one of their cards and they would deliver it.I didnt want one of their cheap cards - I offered to pay the $$ for their card and have them deliver my card instead and they refused...So ridiculous. Needless to say I wont be using them for my client gifts.

Very poor customer service. Item sent looked nothing like on the website. They were notified day item was sent and 6 days later they still did not get back to me to resolve the issue.Updated information : they did make resolve the situation October 24th.

I ordered a delivery for my moms birthday cause i knew i would out of town, i ordered it 3 weeks early on october 10th. the delivery was supposed to be today they never delivered it when i called the store they said the driver should be there in 10minutes, my mom still never got her delivery and now the store is closed.

My mom and I called this morning to make a last minute adjustment to our order, and I cannot say enough great things about the customer service. Wendy helped me out today and truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful, kind, thoughtful, and patient. I would hire Wendy any day of the week. She was absolutely amazing!!

I ordered the Red Velvet Berry Bouquet and Box Deluxe Bundle for my wife this Valentine’s Day. I had it delivered to her job. They only deliver two of the four items that were a part of the the bundle. Been trying to call them all day and I guess they have their phones off. My first time using edible arrangements, don’t think I will be doing it again

The fruits that I received were fresh and neatly wrapped. The customer service was also excellent amongst the staff and the drivers were very accommodating.

Went in looking for something last minute and Wendy came to the front to help me. She said she would take care of me right away and she certainly did. I walked to TJ Max and back and my order was done! The fruit was great and customer service was even better!

Moms birthday gift 8/29. Fruits tasted good but didnt last even a day since the fruits had to be thrown out. Not fresh.

I had planned to pick up my arrangement very close to closing time. Well of course I was running late. I called and Maritza told me, no hesitation, not to worry she would wait. I made it before closing but appreciated she would have waited.

I placed an order online at 7am on Valentines day. The order I selected stated guaranteed to be delivered. It was scheduled for a same day delivery at a business address. At 5pm, I asked the person I sent it to if they received anything and they said no. I made several attempts to contact the store in Lake Mary and the line had a busy signal all day. I figured it was Valentines day and they were probably busy. I received an email at 8:30pm stating the delivery attempt was unsuccessful and they contacted the recipient to attempt to redeliver. This was NOT TRUE. The recipient nor I was contacted at all. I called this morning at 9:00am and was on hold for 30 minutes before the line disconnected without anyone ever answering the phone. Made 2 more call attempts with the same results. I am waiting on hold not but I will be requesting a refund. Will never place an order with this company ever again.

I placed an order for Valentine’s Day for my sister in law and under delivery instructions clearly specified to be deliver between 9am to 12pm and they delivered it around two and my sister in law was home by that time (completely ruined the surprise) and I tried to call them to change the delivery location and they didn’t even answer the phone

I just sent two dozen strawberries the day after Valentine’s Day, and was told by the recipient that these the arrangement was amazing. Delivery was much earlier than expected and that was a welcomed surprise. Thank you so much!!

I came in today and placed an order and was EXTREMELY satisfied. I left my number for them to call when it was ready and it did not even take the full hour! This was a very important gift and it was lovely. The lady up front was wonderful.

Due to holiday all phones busy cant get ahold of anyone couldnt get my item delivered in a timeley manner wont use them again.

Ordered two weeks ago for Valentines day. Came in early just to see if it is ready or not. If not I would return back in an hour when I said k would pick it up. They took my receipt and then had me wait an hour while telling me just a few more minutes ever 10 to 15. Others came in and picked up arrangement for the same time and exact same arrangement. I know it is busy today but this is ridiculous.I can in at 9:05 to see if it was ready. Someone walks in off the street and leaves with the same exact order as mine.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had while trying to win back the love of my life! No my personal affairs are not your problem but when I pay for something to fix the problem and you screw up big time I will NOT return to this location ever again! First off the lady that was assisting me never mentioned anything about a delivery fee, However I screwed up my relationship and needed to fix it so at any cost I will pay the price that it takes to put the pieces back together! So I ordered arraignments for my partner this morning and the prices were a bit high for fruit but its creative fruit so i did not mind. The lady stumbled around when assisting me find the perfect vase! I did not receive the vase that I originally purchased! We could work with the pink vase because we are a gay couple however the pink vase should have been for me while he should have received the blue vase like I ordered. The woman did not know the meaning of a more masculine vase! I had to express to here that i needed a MANLEY vase and she said she could give me blue and I agreed. He was surprised and became emotional when it was delivered to his job however that changed very fast! Whoever created the arrangement did not have on a hair net of any kind because upon opening the arrangement he found a piece of hair on his pineapple. When I called back to speak with the manager I was informed that she was not in the store at the moment and that she will give me a call back once seeing how management wanted to handle the situation! I received a call back about 17 minutes later from the woman that I initially ordered with apologizing and she informed me that they will have another one delivered to him! Then I receive a message from him showing me the pink vase again!!! So not only did they mess up one time but twice! Its unacceptable and I would Appreciate it if a member of the management team returns my call!DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

We ordered an nice fruit arrangement for our daughters to be delivered on Valentines day. The delivery driver called the day of and made arrangements on a time for delivery to ensure someone would be home to accept. As agreed some one was home but the the delivery driver didnt show or call. Needless to say we had to go out and quickly fine something for them. 3 days later while checking my bank statement noticed the charge for the arrangement we never got so I call the store. I explained to the person that answered the phone what happened and what didnt happen and requested a refund. At first she agreed and the she asked me to hold while she talks to her manager. The manager comes on the phone and tells me that he will deliver an arrangement today or give me a store credit. I explained we didnt get the delivery and no longer want it 4 days later. He tells me that his driver did attempt to deliver it but no one was home to accept. This was not true and then he started arguing with me. He said he would call the driver and find out from him what happened. He put me on hold and when he came back he told me that he was issuing me a 100% refund. What a disappointment, Unreliable, Unprofessional and Unacceptable. We will never use them again.

I walked in the store a couple of days ago and it was a very nice experience. I will be back to get more fruit from this store. I went to surprise my wife with a nice fruit basket and it was awesome. Thank you.

Staff was unprofessional. When I asked to check if my order was alright. They took the in the back instead of the three boxes that was originally in the bag, the staff came out with two boxes. When asked again, then manager came back saying that I paid for two despite the fact that the receipt said otherwise. I mentioned the name of the staff with whom I placed the order with, then they came back and put the other box back. Regardless of what happened they should not have removed the other box making it seems like every thing was ok. Had I not said anything, they would have removed the box and said nothing more.

Thank you for ruining my gift for my grandma 100 birthday. After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt I called all day untill 7pm staying on hold unsuccessful with talking with anyone at the Lake Mary location. I was calling to give permission to leave. Today was her birthday not tomorrow. After speaking with my grandma no phone call was even made to attempt delivery. This is completely ridiculous given how much I paid and attempts to call.

They were very prompt in delivery on a Sunday to a friend recovering from surgery. She texted a thank you and said the fruit was delicious!

Horrible experience with this location! Incompetent, poor customer service! Had no problem charging my card but order never got delivered. Only for them to say they were having hard time finding my order. Never again will I offer my business to this location!

My order was completed on time, and I even got a reminder phone call to pick it up after I was delayed getting to the location on time.

My sister had a box of dipped fruit delivered to me for my birthday. I called the store to let them know my chocolate covered bannas were brown in the inside. I spoke with Jack he insisted he was the owner,he yelled and shouted I was lieing. I told him everything in the box was fine,except for the bannas .He insisted I didnt like the bannas,which I loved them they were just slimmy and brown in the inside. I called another store to get the corporate office number,that he said didnt exisit .I called they were really nice and told me the guy that verbally abused me had 72hrs to respond back. This was a horrible birthday experience,all because they gave me bad product.
