OK I was working in the neighborhood and I really needed Publix. I normally shop Publix in my neighborhood but this time I needed the restroom and I think because of it they save my life 🤪. I did notice this store is super neat and organized. It also almost looks exactly like the store I Narcoossee Road in St. Cloud. Very similar Isles lay out.

Ive been going here weekly on my way home since starting a job in Sanford. Its a newer Publix, so the aisles are huge and everything is spread out. I usually interact with the deli when I get a sub, and the cashiers on my way out, and everyones always patient and courteous.

The store is well stocked and the employees are always helpful. This is one of my favorite locations.

This location is at the entrance to our community. As such, it is very convenient and well stocked for our last minute needs. The staff is wonderful and always helpful.

I enjoy this Publix so much. The staff is always so helpful, and the pharmacy staff is always so kind but I trust their knowledge when I get prescriptions filled. The store is clean and easy to find what you’re looking for.Overall location is in a great spot, near I4, near hospitals, near shopping.

What can I say about my love for Publix! I worked for the company as a teen and I shop at this specific location because of the relationship Ive built with the butchers and seafood department! Nice store, but.... Publix is not the same store it used to be. Publix used to be full of the southern charm, professional staff, and a terrific produce section. Now, the stores are not. Produce section needs some love for sure. Staff are more like teenagers in how they talk and behave.

Best place I know to go for fresh wild caught sea food ( locally) and fresh produce. They have a great deli (their service is A) and great sandwiches, plus hot food too (which probably taste good). The bakery is a place all on its own: Delicious

Pleasant, wonderful shopping experience, as always ...but the prices keep me from shopping there as often as I would like...

Ordered cupcakes for my sons 16th birthday. The butter cream frosting was different than what Im used to. It was lighter but very good. The cake part itself did not stay moist very long.

NO MASK REQUIREMENTS but most are decent people doing the right thing and wearing masks. Good customer service! SG, Cancer Survivor.

What can you say about Publix. Got a chicken strip hero and potato salad, both of which were on sale. And both were very good! Nuff said.

Nice little Publix. Parking is great compared to a lot I have been to, great stores surrounding. This Publix is very clean and lots of room in the isles. Staff is fast and prompt in the deli. Easy to navigate and seems to be in a nice order for shopping in a straight line.

Went early in the morning to get a smaller crowd. Had to deal with a lot of rude and older people in the store that would rather run you over than be courteous. We had the same older lady multiple times almost hit us with her buggy.

Publics is a good store very much like Krogers, except youll pay $1.00 for just about everything.

The front desk there is person call Melissa I think, well she treat me horrible with an actitudes that I never experience before and their partners they just were laughing after. Publix has always been my favorite grocery store since I moved to Florida in 1968. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Similar to any other Publix in the area that opened over 10-15 years ago. While it is a good size, it isnt like the big one on Lake Mary Blvd a few miles away. Never had a problem with finding what I need. I just have to question why employees are telling me to be be safe and yet are wearing their masks under their noses and managers are simply ignoring this?

So I recently visited the store nearest my house on Rinehart road in Lake Mary,Fl for the second time in one day yesterday. Of the many things I purchased, Publix Premium Deluxe Mixed nuts was one of them. Very very disappointed. There is nothing but cashews, regular peanuts and almonds in the container. I will never make that purchase again. I guess I could feed these to the squirrels outside and call it a day. E for entertainment👎🏻

Service, food and produce is great.

People in deli department are horrible. I had to wait a long time to get helped and when it was my turn the worker ( head guy) totally ignored me and helped this lady behind me. Finally this old lady came to help and she rushed me and made me uncomfortable. I asked for half a pound of boars head turkey and I got almost a pound. If you are not white you wont get service at this location. I called the manager and he did not care.

They are the best Publix around.

The worst customer service in the deli.. on 1221/2020, I stood there for approx 15 minutes waiting on a sub to the point I finally just left and told them I would get a sandwich elsewhere.. a lady asked the guy slicing who k ows what since I was the only customer waiting on the sub line.. maybe the lady should have asked me if I had been helped. After all if Im still standing in line and no sub roll is on the counter... I havent been helped as you and your workers continued doing what ever it was.. what happen to customer service, where the customer comes first.. it is definitely not at this store.. I stood there for 15 minutes and I also have a job I need to be at.. I will also be writing corporate in lakeland and Jacksonville, it is apparent the customer means nothing and a training session for this store and I left without getting a sub since I received no service after standing their for 15 minutes and I need to be on time for my job...

Asked at the bakery counter about a particular cake. The clerk showed me where it was. In another aisle I asked a couple clerks who were stocking the shelves for a product. They showed me a better one. First rate customer service!

I Generally like Publix but this store always annoys me. The front is poorly managed. They Let the lines get very long with only two registers open while managers stand around talking. once the lines have shortened they make a big show of opening another line. The woman who insisted I switch lines even though I had finally made it up to the register, put my bananas in with the canned goods, and copped an attitude when I asked her not to.

Its a nice place to shop.

Publix Boars Head Meats & Cheese are the BEST...Pricey; but, worth the cost!
