I enjoy shopping in ethnic grocery stores. There is so much to see and learn about. This store is well stocked and they carry a large assortment of products that will allow you to prepare delicious traditional Indian fare.Even though this store was busy, the staff here are helpful and polite. All my questions were answered and I was knowledgeable about what I purchased and the best way to use it. The store is clean, there is adequate parking and easy access to the store.

Love having a little go to for our needs. We are indian but dont shop only here. Wish they would provide some things like idli pans or other such things. Love getting small things like paratha, chapati, good day biscuits, chakli, snacks, atta noodles, chai and spices. Cant wait for the kitchen to open back up its one of my daughters favorite things to do when we go, try the different options while we shop.

Got Mehendi cones which are priced good but after using they look like expired and doesn’t give any color. Dreamt of my day on the event and really got upset.

Today is the last day Im shopping at this grocery store. Never have I felt so marginalized shopping at an Indian grocery store. I walked into the store 2 minutes before closing, the sign clearly says OPEN, lights were all on and there were customers still shopping. The moment I walked in, they shouted theyre closed when clearly theyre still checking out customers. I just needed one item anyways so I ran and grabbed my stuffs to pay. Minutes later, 3 more people walked into the store and they said nothing to them. Almost welcoming them to shop. Mind you, I have been to the store as early as 11 am on Monday, and you didnt open the store until it was 11.15 am when the hours of business said open at 11 am. And then I overhear, the owner misinforming people Frozen food is also Fresh food. No wonder, I see rotten snake beans still kept in shelf to be sold to customers when it has been days past dues. I tried to give them chances as this was the closet Indian grocery for me, but I rather make the drive as long as I dont feel targeted while shopping here.

Best place for Indian groceries and other things. Their groceries are top quality. There are a lot of frozen food options as well. All kinds of spices and produce. The shop is clean and the staff is very helpful, Especially Nikki who is really helpful and friendly with all the customers. She always greets the customers with a smile and is always able to answer any queries regarding the products available in the store.I would definitely recommend this store.

I brought my Mom here to shop since it was the closest Indian grocery store to her. Nice clean grocery store with a decent selection. What is very frustrating though is that roughly half their selection doesnt have visible pricing information on the shelf or on product stickers making comparison shopping between brands impossible. Further, I found a lot of non grocery items that did have prices on them (e.g. toothpaste, soap) to be extremely expensive. As Im not from this area, maybe these prices are par for Central Florida. However, much to my surprise, I could order some of this stuff for much less on Amazon for next day delivery.

Changed the low quality shot and broken basmati rice ..when I had Biriyani on Nov2010, was delicious but now it is not good. Seikh kabab is absolutely not worth for money.no salt and no tasty.informed the same to the service on the day itself.

Good Indian grocery store....we can get almost all Indian groceries and fresh veggies from them.... But parking is quiet difficult.....There is no enough parking space.Otherwise it will be good....

Just check for bugs and expiry date in their items. Many things are overpriced but that is mainly due to location and being the only one in the neighborhood.

Really like this place. People are very helpful. It had been several years since I was last there and was pleasantly surprised to see they have expanded into the space that used to be next to them. Will definitely be going back to peruse the shelves to see what else I might want to buy besides the spice, orange blossom water, and a couple other things, including my favorite chocolate bar that I left with.

I have been coming here for many years. Brand new expanded location is really convenient and has lots of variety.However, the prices aren’t the greatest, and are on the high end compared to other Indian stores farther out.The Muslim lady is very kind and sweet, she has helped me find groceries on multiple occasions, and answered all my questions. She is a great addition to the store! However, I often encounter the rudeness of the other women at the counter. They either talk with an attitude or respond in an impolite manner. That should be improved on!

Its been a while since Ive been here but their selection is always good!its very clean and organized and theyve done a great job of making the process easy to find and purchase what you need. I found their prices to be extremely reasonable as well and the produce was good quality. We will definitely be shopping here again soon!

I drove from Clermont to this location, since I could not find the exotic spices in local grocerer or if the local grocery did have it the prices are were extremely high. As long as you know what you need items are clearly labeled. The staff was friendly and helpful.Parking was difficult. We parked in a spot not assigned for the store and made it a quick visit.

Never buy Dairy Milk chocolate from this store. Chocolate is full of stones and stems. I ignored few stems in first few pieces. Then found a stone. This is nothing to do with the store.It is caution to the people who are buying chocolates from this store.

I called a few Indian grocery stores to ask if they had what I needed and this was the only place that had all the items to make Dabeli. When I walked in the store I was immediately greeted. I really had no idea where to even look for the 4 ingredients I needed. The lady walked me around the store and got all the items on my list! And they were very reasonably priced! This will definitely be my go to place when I need anything Indian.

I debated about writing this for a very long time, but since it has effected me, I feel it warranted to be said. I shop here very often and have been since before they expanded to the bigger location. Some of the issues I have seen and other reviewers have also mentioned are high prices, credit card uses for $10 or more purchases, and expired items.As a business owner myself, I understand that local businesses do not have the same capacity to have lower prices, and pay high merchant fees. Which is why I still insisted on shopping locally and supporting them.However, that said you cannot charge premium prices, have limitations on how to pay AND on top of that expect people to put up with beyond rude customer service. I started avoiding this store when certain individuals were working. I drive over there but only go in when the young girl Nidhi and the nice Muslim lady are in. The other times I have been in, I have always had issues with the other two women (both their names begin with an S). They wont help you find what you need, they dont answer questions, I catch them throwing dirty looks and they talk down to you. I once heard another customer screaming at one of the mean ladies for being rude and she acted like she could care less.High prices or not, no one wants to shop where they are disrespected. To whoever is going to respond to this review, no I dont want to talk to your manager and I dont want a one time discount that is supposed to make me change my mind. If you want happy customers that will continue to come back, something needs to change. Otherwise, you will find that people will rather drive farther for better deals, services and products.

It is good indian grocery on the suburbs area of central Florida and outside Orlando. There are good number of south Asian population, so everyone here must need a nearby asian grocery, it solves those purposes, but it is little bit costlier as compared to Patel Brothers and other Indian grocery in Orlando and quality of vegetables need to be maintained with better care. Overall good.

Good point about this Indian grocery store is location. You can drop your kid at dance school or taikwando classes which are next to this store and continue with your shopping. Coming to groceries they are bit high in price compared to other stores thats what i dont like it here. And they dont accept credit cards if your total bill Is below $10...

Its much more improved than when I first moved to lake Mary 6-7 months ago. Now instead going to Orlando Patel brothers, I am doing my all grocery from here. Just few items I found little costly than Patel brothers like ghee. Hope they will work on that too :)

I went in to buy ginger, khakra and salt roasted peanuts. The ginger was old but I managed to pick a few pieces. I went to check on and the lady would accept me card because I didn’t have $20 worth of grocery. I explained to the cashier/owner that I just got off of a flight and was headed home. I don’t have cash and she didn’t have stock of the items I neeed. If she could make an exception and help me out, I’d appreciate it. She insisted i buy something else ...lost 3 customers because of this.I addition, the turnover is low so products tend to be stale and the selection/variety is not great. I as hoping after the expansion, there would be some improvements but no such thing.My parents and I used to go here routinely to pick up essentials for the week but we’ll be gone by to House of Spice on 434 instead now.

Ever since they expanded the store, the jacked up all prices on vegetables. The prices at walmart or publix has better quality at lower price than this store. Also sell lots of expired items. When I complained about the expired item, they keep it aside while billing and put those items back in shelf for sale.

We bought a limca tin and it smelled bad when we tasted it, only then we found that it was expired. We just threw it away in trash. We informed the owner about it and the next time when we went there we saw that they have removed the expiration sticker from the tins. Very clever but greedy. Please be careful friends. Its not just the case for the cool drinks.

Fresh grocery but they dont have a whole lot of variety of stuff they carry, also, its a bit pricey as compared to other Indian grocery stores in the area.

This the best place to get expired products.. if you complain they will scratch the expiry date and place stickers on top of it.. Suggest not to buy any packed food for your kids..
