I am so disappointed and upset on the service that my family received at Big Frog in Lake Jackson, TX. I am not a person to complain but I would not want anyone to go through what we did. The reason we made shirts was for a benefit to raise money for a recent family member who passed. It seems like everything went wrong with the order; the shirts did not get to me on time, the print was horrible, and the worst of all was the customer service. I originally ordered 158 shirts from Alpha Media Group (Park Place) which they came out great and I highly recommend. Anyways, we went to Big Frog to order an additional 22 shirts just because we had already submitted 158 shirts @Alpha Media Group on short notice. Lisa Perez the owner of Big Frog said she would be able to get our order of 22 shirts done on time with an additional $75 rush fee. The shirts were supposed to be done on Friday 05/10/19 the day before the benefit but obviously they were not. We received a phone call from Lisa on Friday 05/10 stating she did not receive the shirts due to weather. She told us she would go to Big Frog in Tomball, TX and print the shirts there. She told us she would drop them off to us at Maclean park by noon. WE NEVER HEARD FROM LISA! Family and friends who paid for their shirts did not receive them and still have not got them. On Monday morning 05/13/2019 I called up to Big Frog and spoke to Lisa. According to Lisa she had the shirts done but could not get ahold of anyone. This is not true we were waiting for her call because people were waiting for their shirts. Lisa told me she called multiple times from a 388#. I began to ask her if the shirts were done why didn’t you just drop them off at the park like you said you would? Or leave a voice mail? Or text message? Something! We paid you $615.36 and you could not do that. For a business owner all I have to say is unprofessional! I told her I would like a full refund. Of course, she told me no the shirts were ready to pick up but that she would refund me the rush fee. Just to be done, I told her fine I will be by later to get them. I asked her to send me the pictures of the times she called through email. (Never received them) I asked my cousin if she had any missed calls from a 388# and she did have one at 6:31PM not even close to noon like she said! Situation can’t get any worse right? It does! At 5pm on 05/13 we go to Big Frog to pick up the shirts. They came out terrible! So bad that we cannot even attempt to give people these shirts. Especially after people seen the original order we placed with Alpha Media Group. There is no way. Of course, Lisa was not there but I did tell her employee that after the first print she should have just let us know she wasn’t able to do it. Why would she continue to print if they were coming out this way? I am so Shocked! And still Lisa was so persistent over the phone that she would not give me a refund when she knew the quality of the shirts are poor! We left and did not even bother to take the shirts, we are going to reorder from Alpha Media Group to get people their shirts. Because of this huge mistake from Big Frog we did not profit from the shirts. Honestly, I would not be writing a review if we had gotten a phone call earlier that day or if she just would have told us Friday she couldn’t do them. I am attaching the photos we took of the shirts that we paid $600 dollars for, her ONE missed call, and the receipt. I will be posting our original shirts from Alpha Media Group, so you can see the difference. Do not do any rush orders with Big Frog you can’t depend on them and customer service was sad. I recommend Alpha Media Group the owner Cherry is the sweetest!

Lisa is Great, We been doing with her for almost 1 year and never had any issue with her. She goes beyond and out of her way to make customer happy. Just make sure when you go there you have clear graphics and instructions. She will give you suggestion as well if needed. When it comes to custom work, is better to go prepare. 5 stars with the service. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing.The quality of the t-shirts are very well done and the material is so soft. Big Frog is recommended when someone needs a t-Shirt.

Went to get a shirt made for my sons 1st birthday. Jacob who designed the shirt did exactly what I wanted and I am pleased with it. Will continue doing business with big frog.

Amazing and timely service! Jersey turned out exactly how I wanted. They worked with me on choosing fonts, and placement of the name on my jersey. Will use them many more times.

The service was great ordering but after it kind of went down hill. Went to pick up my shirts and they werent ready at noon. So I left came back around 2:45 and they still were not ready. Had to stay there until about 3:15 for the shirts to be done. This is the day before I needed them. I ordered about 3 weeks before the event. Then while at the event with in 30 minutes the shirt ripped under the arm pit.

They had such a quick turn around with my daughters onesie, for her first birthday photos. I simply described what I wanted and they were more than happy to make it. They also did an amazing job matching the colors I wanted.

I just loved the amazing selection of things from shirts of all kinds, to koozies, and towels that you can choose from. Customer service was really outstanding. And now I go pick up my shirts. Im so excited!

I highly recommend them, you create it and they can make it happen. Customer service is excellent,Store its self is awsome. They will be getting more of my business!!!
