Always finding more than I need.

I used the grocery pick up and some things were missing. I will NEVER use there bakery for a personalized cake again. This is what we ordered and this is what we got. Being that my daughter n law picked the cake up I didnt notice the green and blue cake, definitely NOT teal.

My boyfriend, my Mom, & myself pulled into Walmart and my mother is handicap and we open the door and there was a young man on a riding cart and drove to the door my mom was getting out of and I was very touched with his kindness. Very happy to see there are still good people raising good respectable young adults in this crazy world we live in today. Thank you for that💯

Speedy service and generally well organized. Customer service definitely needs some improvement though. I was walking around for a bit trying to find some medication without any luck. I asked a store associate for help finding it. He brought me to the case and told me to just press the button on the case (it was locked) next time. Wouldnt have been an issue had I been able to find the medicine on my own. His tone was condescending. Customer service isnt the most fun job on the planet but theres no reason to talk to a customer that way especially when I did my best to be courteous.

Coming from Houston, this walmart is so nice and clean! Everything in stock.

No matter how convenient this Walmart is, I would rather drive the extra miles to go elsewhere than come back here. The lady working at electronics today was very rude and the area was poorly organized. I had to walk around the entire center just to get to the earphones so she could unlock it (would’ve been easier to just go behind the counter, but she immediately told me off, and not politely either). She even claimed the door to the earphones was broken. When I got to self-checkout, it took me 15 minutes just to get one item scanned since the lady working there decided to help other customers (including those who came after me) instead of helping me get a single item out. I’ll be sure to actively warn friends and family to stay away from here. Given some of the experiences I’ve read about on here, this Walmart should be reported to corporate for their absolute disregard for customers as well as the manager enabling rude employees.

Each Walmart varies, but overall good experiences in all. They will have different food products in each also do if youre looking for something specific, try another one. Usually clean and friendly staff.

Traveling and forgotten something.well Walmart got it for a great price.

I can find just about anything I need or want at the Walmart Supercenter. I like the size, the layout, and the choices. Some shelves are getting bare but its not Walmarts fault. I like the employees also. Several have gone out of their way to help.

I really wish they would bring back actual employees. You know the kind that used to be helpful. The kind that would greet you with a smile at the checkout. Not anymore, they have one overworked employee standing there trying to help 12 people screwing up the self checkout. Seriously give me a discount for doing it myself or hire more people and you do it!

This morning it wasnt overly crowded, the staff actually seem happy which makes them friendly and helpful, normally I hate coming into town because people are so rude. But this time was different so thank you walmart!!

This is a well-stocked Walmart with polite workers and a wonderful variety of items, both edible and useful. There was one item that had surpassed its expiration date while still being on sale, but that could have easily been a fluke given the size of the supermarket. Still, it should be something to keep in mind when going. I would still recommend this place for good variety, quantity, and prices.

All good except the bank inside will not give you change replace with bill dollar bills. Have to have an account. The store need a place where we can get change.

Products are good. Need work in the customer service area. Not too many registers are open. If you shop there be prepared to check your own stuff out. Without a discount!

Great convenience store- is fully stocked with everything you may need. Workers are nice to customers- never have an issue getting what I need from here.

Theres always pros and cons of going to Walmart. That said the electronics dept lady cashier was outstanding!! Sorry I missed her name something with an M?? She is thee best!! ❣️

The customer service sucks. They have all the self check outs card only. And have two lines open.

Best Walmart in Texas. Fast cashiers. Stockers are always busy. Cart guys keep parking lot clean always. Clean restrooms. Best management. Super nice greeters. Electronics department help is awesome. Automotive department are friendly. Great customer service. Performance is beyond 5 stars even when store is busy.

Convenient location. One stop shopping. All of self- checkouts were card only; no cash and no cash back. Only 4 lines open with actual cashiers and they were very crowded

Although service on floor was a good experience the cashiers station was not. Only one human cashier and Im glad I wasnt the only one willing to stand in line to have an actual cashier check me out. All other lines were self check out with so many people out of work I refuse to check myself out and bag groceries. I have one friend who scanned themselves in one of those lines and scanner missed an item although person had cash for $7 item the store called police and accused individual as trying to commit theft. They are now waiting a court date I find this outrageous. Be warned computers do make errors and you could be facing a judge for that error. Id much rather have a human being as cashier and bagger. Just another note I purchased a microwave which I could not lift and had to wait 20 minutes to get help to load in my car. I miss the days of customer service first!

I had a pick up order this morning and when I got there it started raining. I felt horrible because the associates were out in it loading up other customers groceries getting soaked. The associate taking care of our order I think his name was John was drenched his clothes were soaked and sticking to his skin. May I suggest giving them rain coats to prevent them from getting wet in the rain? I use pick up alot and their team is always fast and friendly and my orders are always correct and bagged neatly. Thank you for great service I appreciate it.

Never have anything pick up today and I seriously dislike that I have to bag my own my own product I think I should be paid to have to ring myself up and cash myself out and bag my stuff just not the same experience I hate Walmart now

SSDD. Same Stuff Different Day. I do like the greeters at this location. Maybe retirement age, just working a few hours. They are masked up and friendly. The best you can ask for.

I loved checking out &leaving. I miss when it was 24hrs, I didn’t have to worry what time i got off work to get groceries. Also i could choose to not have to deal with people and shop at 2am instead. Miss the good ole days

Walmart supercenter in lj Texas started with a healthy greeting at the door. With shelve stocked with merchandise it was easy to get in and check myself out and be on my way.

You’ll find all kinds of people here but it’s clean and well organized but not always stocked. Always a lot of empty shelves. Let’s just say it’s your typical Walmart Supercenter.

This is the best Walmart around if were talking about the West Columbia Walmart love their clearance section love all the people that work there theyre very courteous and on top all the time! They should all get a raise!

I enjoyed my visit. The employee I asked where an item was she and he both knew exactly where I needed too go. Customer Service was fast and easy.The only complaint I have at this time is that the Online Pickup orders. Employees should try and get the orders correct. Because you have too take in consideration that these orders may be ordered from another state. So it may not be the person who made the order; so if exchanging an order may be a little difficult at Customer Service. 😒I ordered my TredSafe work shoes. I ordered 10.5. I received a pair of 8.5. 🤔😒???? How? The math is; WAY off. I went into the store and got a pair of 11 size shoes. Oh and there was also... you guessed it! 10.5 there! ( smh ) 🤔😒 What if I worked there? 🤔Other than that; I had no other issues.Thank you.

The operation manager Kayla did not want to honor NFL shirt or hat. The Walmart employee in women dept Hispanic lady black hair stated she would give me a hat/ shirt but refuse to come to check out. I know ppl put things in wrong place and the women in women dept refused to come with me to mens to look at the price plus am visiting Texas to get treated like this. Truly sad. Shirt was in a place by sleep wear $5 hat was $3.. Never again Walmart in all states needs to honor prices

Everything was great, except at the end. The older white lady at the East self checkout area took it upon herself to tell me all about how Biden stole the election and to give me her 10 cents worth on immigrants, etc. Awkward to say the least.

I usually refrain from knocking a place based on one experience. That being said, this is a cautionary tale. I purchased a set of tires on Walmart.com, from Wal-Mart...not a third-party seller. First, the tech explained that he needed the wheel lock...no problem, its in the glove box. He returned saying that it was not. After tearing the truck apart for 15 minutes, guess where I found it? IN THE GLOVE BOX! He then had trouble removing the hex bolts from the center caps. They keep spinning. Nope... youve stripped out the faux bolts cause only two of the six are metal...the rest are plastic. And lastly, they cant balance the rear tires because they have a crack in them. No problem...I bought them here six months ago and they are under warranty. We dont carry these tires. You mean you dont carry the EXACT tires you are right now putting on the front of the truck? Really? Thats odd! Two and a half hours later, I have two new tires on the front of the truck. You have been cautioned.

Associate was short with us when we tried to pay cash at a card only self check out.. sounds silly, I know. But there was no sign posted and we didnt have any idea. I apologized and she still acted annoyed. Its your job, be kind and positive. Youre in customer service.

Pretty decent Wal-mart! Its usually pretty clean and well stocked! Hate being asked for my receipt when exiting, like whats security for? Only issue I have such a time waste.

Despite the development of two and more serious strands of Covid-19, Walmarts traffic is on a steady incline. Especially in Lake Jackson, Texas. As well as my newly developed habit of browsing areas of the store I have no need to be in.More than half of the Shoppers were just casually shopping, bumping into one another and slipping on water spills falling down getting packed out of the store without the assistance of trained medical professionals.My question is, with increasing cases of Covid-19 and the many visiting strangers to Surfside Beach, why is Walmart not making wearing a mask mandatory?

The produce is never fresh and very small.The avocados look miniature. I purchased cut up fruit in the plastic bowls and it tasted like it was turning into alchohol

HORRIBLE!!! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HEREWalmart automotive is horrible. It took them 2 hours to come to me and say that they couldnt put the brand new tires that I had special ordered through them on my car. They claim they just would not fit. Then after another 30 minutes they tell me that the reason they could not get the tires on was because one of them had a broken tire pressure sensor. They then said they could remove them all, the sensors, or I could try and order a different brand of tire. I didnt have much money or really any options, and in retrospect I wish I had just asked for a refund on the spot. Instead I chose the option they presented of removing all the sensors: the broken one and the three that were fine. I drove home after a total of 4 hour ordeal, that should have taken 30 minutes to an hour. When I get home and get out of my car I noticed my front left tire is halfway flat. I called Walmart automotive and they told me to put the spare on and come back in and they would check my tires. They took the flat tire and inspected it, then they came back and told me that it just happened to have a bad valve stem and they would fix it. For all this, what did they offer?? A free oil change that I certainly will not be cashing in on, I will never let them touch my car again. Zero Stars, terrible service, and after I talked to a different mechanic at Midas where I have been extremely happy, come to find out the sensors are attached to the valve stem, were not sure why they removed all of the sensors on the three tires in which the sensors were not broken. Midas is going to fix it all for me at a low cost, and explained the situation in a way that made sense whereas Walmart seemed lost and uneducated. They really messed up my tires. Do not take your car here!

Never enough ppl working. 3 checkouts with the lines gong into clothing. Seniors having to sit and rest because they can’t just stands around for minutes(10) when I quit looking. Told to use self check out. If I wanted to do your job I would wear a vest. I don’t stick shelves and don’t ring myself out. To end such a wonderful shopping experience the kid working in self check out has to be the rudest person I’ve seen in sometime. I will drive to Angleton or Bay City before I set foot in there again. Hope the put all the stuff in my cart away. Not like I was dropping a dime in there. Worked retail for years and this it unexceptable.

My husband soiled himself because the bathrooms were locked, with no signs anywhere (even on the bathroom door itself) warning that it was closed. Management shrugged him off, saying that the bathrooms were closed for a “deep cleaning”. (There was no one cleaning the bathrooms). Absolutely unacceptable.

Very uncomfortable. I mean its one thing to be at the top. But come on there are more employees then shoppers.

My husband and I were shopping around 8 pm on Saturday night when his stomach started cramping (he has had medical issues). We went to the closest bathroom which was in the back of the store only to find it padlocked. We hurried to the front of the store and he ended up soiling himself before he could get to the toilet. This is unacceptable!!! The restroom should never have been locked up especially with no signs warning people! When we talked to “management” they shrugged it off like it was no big deal. The attitude was they would get with the store manager but they were not going to do anything themselves.

This location on Google maps is OBSCURED, as if to make it harder to find!! 🤔 Behind Home Depot, BestBuy, and church with tall white spire. Furthest straight South of Houston, TX, I have probably been. After closing at eight thirty, the young, tall cart collector associate did a really nice job helping me to get into the store and back out! 👏 That very PLEASANT experience makes me want to REMEMBER this area for a future visit to the three wildlife refuge areas close by, besides the Gulf! 😉🤠

Walmart is great place to shop

That rare experience of helpful people. An associate quickly helped me by unlocking the case in the stereo department and quickly found someone to check me out in sporting goods. I watched the man multi-task and help another customer during his time with me finding me a cashier.

Its a wal mart, not much to say. They have it all, and helped destroy small business.

It is mediocre at BEST. They rarely have the things I need to get. I would suggest going to Target, they will have everything you need and more!

My daughter does the express checkout at pharmacy. A woman there angrily let another pharmacy attendant know that my daughter cut line unaware that my daughter is allowed to when she goes to express lane with the Walmart app. Said woman said it loud enough so my daughter and I could hear. I angrily approached her and advised her my daughter had the app to go to Express line. She mocked us because we were Hispanic. I feel the lady behind the counter who was helping my daughter should have informed this woman my daughter has the app is is allowed to check out before everyone else. If she had this wouldnt have escalated. Very disappointed. Main customer service for Walmart will hear from me
