The store is very well stocked and the prices are reasonable. The best 0art of visiting this store over the big home hardware stores is the service. The employees are so nice and always ready to answer questions or help in any way they can. You dont have to wait or spend time trying to locate a person. Highly recommend this store for all of your hardware needs. They also cut keys.

I can usually find the needed products without the long drive out to the big boxes. I can always find personal help here.

We received our $5 discount in the mail. We used it to purchase a quart of paint base and another item. Realized the next day that I bought a neutral base instead of white. Thought I would be making an even exchange. The returned, unopened can was returned with the discount applied, then I was charged full price for the replacement, which means we lost our rewards customer discount. I think Ill head up to Lowes from now on. The only reason I just gave Ace two stars was because their employees are otherwise nice and helpful.

I dont shop here often but the staff especially the one fella that has a English accent is always there and knows what you need and will go out of his way to help find you what your needing.

Forgot to put on my mask entering the store. A lady worker in the reminded me in a rude way. I wanted to exchange an item for another item but ended up frustrated and will never return again.

You dont have to be so rude about telling somebody about a mask this mess stuff is going to everybodys heads

Stood waiting for the guy in hardware to finish with the customer before me, after 10 minutes it was quite obvious that their discussion about cars was far more important then what I needed.

I wasnt sure exactly what i needed. An employee asked me what i was working on and showed me all my options and explained the differences! I left with exactly the right thing and it worked perfectly. Amazing customer service!

Tried to return a unopened item still sealed. The lady at Cashier was rude and crude. I bought several items since moving here. The staff that helps u find something is great. But when u get to the cashier customer service is gone. I will not return to this store. Never ever again. This was my first item I tried to return.

I prefer this hardware store in town, its small and the staff is helpful. There is always someone available to help and Crown Ace has competitive pricing, comparable to the giant stores outside of town.
