A very clean establishment. A convenient self checkout, and wonderful staff that were quick and happy to help. The store was well organized and products fresh and well stocked. Even got a great deal on some bakery products. Absolutely recommend.

This store is small, but very clean and inviting. There is a Starbucks located inside. Their fresh produce and bakery are fantastic. Besides self check and 12 items or 15 items or less line they do have other cashiers open.

All shop at Safeway when visiting Lake Havasu dont have one at home. Have great prices.

This store has a class. Always clean, well stocked and has a wide selection. The pharmacy staff is excellent and always has every prescription I need in stock without having to wait.

The chicken at the meat counter isnt cleaned up like it used to be. They leave lots of fat attached to it now. It used to be the best trimmed with a consistently good sale price- not anymore. The produce is usually pretty fresh looking. Like many other stores they have added self check and if you want an employee to check your stuff you have to wait in a long line because there arent enough check stands open. They offer help to your car, which not all stores do anymore. You need to use the coupons on the app or in the local ad or the prices are really high. I personally get terrible signal in the store so if I forget to clip the coupons on the app, I usually cant get it to load in the store. Ive tried using the stores free wi-fi and I still cant get my app to work right. The bathrooms need remodeled. They are always dirty looking and smelling. There is a big alcohol area if youre a drinker, which is a plus for out-of-towners on holiday weekends. This store is busy on holiday weekends. There is a pharmacy and a Sturbucks inside. You cannot use order ahead in the Starbucks app or redeem your free birthday drink here.

Courteous personable staff and fair prices also constitutional carry friendly which Im quite fond of.

I ordered some groceries with their pick up and go option. I wanted to say Cindy the lead for this department is amazing. Goes out of her way to make the customer happy. Her staff was also amazing and super helpful. I appreciate great people like this. You guys are awesome!

I always shop here and while I was in Bullhead City. However, I was there a week ago. I was talking to the cashier and didnt watch the guy bagging my groceries. He didnt double bag anything, and didnt bag a large bottle of liquor, nor the milk. He bagged the tomatoes with canned goods. When I took the bags from the car, 2 bags broke and I had a rather messy clean-up. I didnt get his name but I will know him when I see him. I am very disappointed.

Always clean, never crowded. Its more on the higher side of prices goes, but definitely carries hard to find things or rather unique foods.

Plenty of fresh produce, more attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness of the bathroom, however once informed of the situation, they did promptly get someone to clean the restroom.

David, in produce, was such a big help. Always smiling and knows where everything is. I thought he was a manager because he knew so much. Anyways, my number one place to shop.

They have some pretty good sales from time to time. I got petite steaks like little brkfast steaks buy 1 get 2 free. Their bakery seems exceptional for fancy cakes for special occasions too. Quite a few of their day to day stuff seemed pricey to me. Thats why only 4 stars

I love Safeway! It is so convenient first of all- right off Lake Havasu Ave.The store is very nice, well stocked and clean. The best thing about Safeway in Lake Havasu is the staff. They are all ( for the most part ) the friendliest, most knowledgeable, helpful bunch of folks youll ever meet. They are all about customer service.I think the deli is the best in town always offering discounts and deals.

Love the bakery at Safeway! They make homemade EVERYTHING! They have thee best pistachio muffins ever! For October theyre making pumpkin muffins, you must try them. These muffins are big too and oh so soft. They have everything your looking for and at great prices too! The employees are so nice and i love the carryout service, they help put the groceries in my trunk and bring the electric cart back inside the store for the next person to use.

This Safeway in Lake Havasu is very nice and organized. I waited in the small room next to the pharmacy for a prescription. That room was very dirty..the floor is dirty and the shelves are very dusty. Someone needs to pay attention to this. People that go to the pharmacy might be turned off by that room being dusty and floor dirty. Also every time I do self check out I am not treated well by the self check out girl (lisa)..when ever i have a problem with the self check out machines she is always snippy and rude and acts angry that I am having a problem. It isnt any ones fault when those crazy machines act up..please be nicer to the senior citizens..or anyone going through the self check out line..I leave feeling insulted and sad that I am treated bad. If this treatment continues i will have to start shopping elsewhere.

Nice place to shop good people there

Was horrible. The store selection was good. But was way overcrowded.They do not enforce masks at all and social distancing at all.I was very horrified like anyone should be because of covid.. I dont feel like die from it.Also the staff was rude and the checkout was horrible. A lady was in such a hurry to go home she didnt pay attention to what order she was scanning and damaged some of our food. We complained but the lady we complained to didnt care or get a manager.

Very clean store. Pricing on products is typically higher compared to other stores, which can be attributed to its central location.

Typical products are fine, but got a birthday cake from there that was horribly dry. It was rainbow cake under nice-looking frosting but was so dry it was not pleasant to eat. Kind of a downer for my 11 year olds birthday celebration.

The visit was fine I was a little disappointed that we forgot to mention to the cashier. We needed ice and we kindly asked if he can go ahead us a ring us up real quick since we had already run through the line and grabbed your items and we were told we had to get back in line and I thought that was a little odd and I guess inconsiderate when it was just going to be a quick ice transaction but then again I do understand I just wish they would have made it a little easier for us to get out of the store permanently so we never did buy the eyes because the lines were extremely long due to be in Fourth of July weekend and you know covid-19

Friendly employees and great store. Make sure to use their e-coupons to get some great deals with just a swipe of your store card. They have a nice produce department with very fresh fruits and veggies. The veggies I buy from Safeway seem to last alot longer then the ones from other stores.

I dont like self check out, and the store needs more people working to unpack products. It was a busy day because of the holiday coming up so I guess.

If your in Havasu this is the store were you start your day before boating to stock up on beer and food and ice, great staff always friendly and nice ! And the store is always stocked with product daily, i highly recommend trying any of there freshly cut fruits bowls as there great when out on boat .Check them out youll be glad you did .

Today the bagging lady was too busy trying to be cute and amusing to pay attention to my groceries. I thought everything was in my cart to take out to the truck. Got home and about 50 percent of my groceries werent in the bags. Tried to call, no one answered the phone. Went back and had a major battle trying to get my groceries that were missing. I came back home with part of them but not all. Have been a good customer for 20 plus years but am sorely disgusted. I am really angry right now and probably wont be shopping there again.
