We visited the Lake Havasu store on Friday, July 16/2021. Disappointed trip due to the fact they had no yellow gold engagement rings! Two women behind the counter, and another one in the back. Neither one of the women bothered to stand up to greet us in a professional manner.We never saw the woman in the back. We only heard her hollering to the two women behind the counter to look in another jewelry case. We were the only customers in the store. NEVER, will we recommend this business.

I went to make payment on my engagement ring and pick up after being resized, its 7:45 and Im aware the store closes at 8, but Im from out town. The employees had already locked the door and refused to even acknowledge me. Usually I speak with a nice young brunette, but sadly she wasnt here tonight. Shame on the blonde in her 30s and the older man. That was over an hour I wasted .
