We go there about every other weekend.Donuts are always baked early morining and a great selection.Clean and friendly. Also have doggy bones.

This is a nice locally owned and run doughnut shop right next to the Lake and Lake Havasu State Park entrance. The doughnuts are made fresh every morning. The woman who owns and operates the shop is so friendly and does a great job of making this a go to place in town for grabbing a cup of coffee and a delicious fresh yeast doughnut. I’ll put her maples bars in the top 5 of all I’ve had. They are fantastic. She has lots of varieties to choose from. Hot and fresh- best way to describe. Go here. I did, a lot.

Best Donut shop in town and the staff is really friendly even for being that early in the morning. I could do without the political jabber from the locals having their morning coffee. Talk about something else for a change. Anyway cant fault them for that

Acquaintances bought a dozen donuts after church for the four of us to enjoy with morning coffee. Oh my gosh these are delicious! Every one of them! No grease stains on the napkins, no greasy film on the tongue like with some of the major chains. Will stop and buy another dozen on our way out of town.

When I first walked in to the donut shop it had a great atmosphere that was until I was rudely yelled at by a man about shutting the door and I dont pay the air conditioning- while yes I absolutely agree there was a nicer way to ask than yelling. The lay behind the counter never said one word to me she just stared at me rolling her eyes it was very awkward. Upon ordering I was trying to keep track of my dozen I was counting and to double check I asked her how many were left. With a HUGE eye roll and sigh she responded with a sarcastic 3 .... ok thanks .... honestly the donuts were amazing and the place was cute but I will be finding another donut shop in town to attend on the regular, I dont appreciate rude people especially when I was attempting to be considerate and nice back. Will never be going back unfortunately.

Donuts are the best! Everything is made in the store and made fresh everyday. Great tasting bread in the doughnut (its a buttery flavor) and the icing they make is very sweet.

This spot was recommended to us on our vacation, so we were excited to go. We were met with the worst customer service I have experienced in Lake Havasu city. I explained we had never been here before and asked what flavours there were.. the woman working was so rude with her responses. And actually never explained the flavours. When asking for a coffee she scowled like I shouldnt even be ordering one, oh and then to ask for some milk, my goodness how dare I. All in all, the donuts were fine, the customer service needs an improvement.Will not return

On our way to California a group of my friends and I stoped at donut post 15 minutes after 5 am, The advertised time they were opened, The owner was still mopping the floor and hand signed 6am. Which is an hour after they are supposed to have been open. Confused we left and gave circle K our business. I feel that not being open at the time advertised online AND on your shop window is extremely unprofessional.

I cant imagine the other reviewers are lying, but I must attest that their experiences are unusual. Ive been stopping in the Donut Post for over 4 years now and still find it to be among the best donut shops in the country (yes, the country). I travel constantly and have eaten donuts in about 75% of all the United States. The Donut Post in Havasu remains my favorite year after year.I lived in Portland for a long time and admit that the famous VooDoo Donuts are incredible, but, believe it or not, Id still take a maple bar from this place over VooDoo any day.The proprietor is a lovely host and her donuts are top notch. 100% worth the stop.

Every time we’ve stop in they are very rude! It’s like they hate customers. If the donuts were great it’d be worth it but for stale, not even decent donuts... ??Thought it was a rare incidence so tried a year later, nope, same rudeness. I always forget about just hitting the grocery stores, they make fresh donuts and always good service at Bashas! Well with us finally having a Dunkin Donuts in town, this shop will no longer be forced to serve us or anyone for that matter. I doubt anyone will stop by and be treated poorly for stale donuts again. We always give the small business our money, but it comes a time when you have to stand up for customer service & quality.

Simply the best place for fresh donuts and hot coffee in Havasu.

We met the owner of the Donut Post a couple of weeks ago. We told her the best ever apple fritters we have tried were in the Dassle, MN bakery. Lyn said hers are as good or better than the bakery we knew. So today we stopped by the Donut Post and tried their apple fritters. As promised, they were tender inside and crispy outside. Truly flavorful and delicious. I highly reccomend trying the apple fritters, and the other delectable looking coodies in case. What a great gem of a bakery here in Lake Havasu!!

Lady behind the counter was rude and disrespectful to her coworker. I got six donuts and asked for a box not a bag I got the nastiest look from the lady. Six donuts cost me over $8, she charged for the box. Next time Ill go to Safeway.
