Waited forevvvver in the drive thru for a prescription!! They are doing covid testing in the drive thru!! So they have people touching the drive thru basket who might have covid!! YUK!!
Good store and good service. Staff are nice and friendly and the store has a decent range of goods. Pharmacy always has my medication ready and even calls if I haven’t come to pick it up.
Its a nice store to shop in. And its great for your prescriptions they always have them ready for you when you need them
Attempting to have a RX transferred to CVS since my RX Insurance changed the 1st of this year. Dropped off the RX on Sunday. Today is Wednesday and I have not heard a word from CVS. Thus, I called to find out the status of the RX. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes trying to talk to a person I hung up. Well, looks like I will have to drive to the Pharmacy and talk to a CVS Rep in person. Not impressed with the level of Customer Service. On a side not they told me it would probably be 6 months before they would be distributing the Covid-19 Vaccine. I do not recommend using this Company. Once, I get this RX filled I will transfer to someone else. I have limited choices with Caremark RX Insurance coverage.
With the temperatures in 3 digits, I wont be shopping CVS in the morning anymore, the cashier that works in the mornings slow mo V. wont call for help to get the customers checked out and the manager just sits in the office oblivious to whats going on in the store. Ive changed to evening shopping or just going elsewhere for my shopping needs.
Needed a weekend supply of medicine as my son had left his prescription at home. CVS will only transfer prescription but some he isnt due for a refill they wont transfer. This is a terrible policy.
Clean and well kept place. Staff very helpful. Had to get my medication here and l was out in no time. No waiting..

Hey, look! See all the Dr Pepper on sale with the Pepsi and Coke products? Dont expect to pay that price! And dont expect the manager to admit they stocked it wrong, or that the price should be adjusted. Even the cashier was ashamed.
Continues to be such an unpleasant experience with the pharmacy!! Whether it is in person or on the phone. 5 out 6 people that have helped me over the last 24 months have such indifferent and unpleasant attitudes. How many employees in one place can have such a youre bothering me disposition astounds me. Unbelievable. And lucky me my insurance carrier insists on CVS as a health partner. I loathe this pharmacy. I have to insist on HELP with getting my RXs straightened out because they insist on passing the buck . WALGREENS is SO much better, nicer, pleasant, and PROFESSIONAL. Bummer for me. 😠
Dropped of scrip said 1 hour came back 2 hrs. Left patient home to quickly get scrip as promised . The girl was rude disrespectful and just seemed like it was a bother that I was there and only coming back based on there time when said ready . Go to Walgreens.As kim said short staffed and just wait.Just plain rude
First off, let me start by saying I was previously employed at a different CVS (not this one) and, prior to my experiences here, I was a very loyal lifetime customer of CVS. This has all changed after the experiences I’ve had here at this CVS. Store manager is a completely disrespectful and rude man, along with most of the other management of the store. Most of the workers have a fake, condescending kindness where you know they’re definitely not being genuine. (With the exception of an older woman who worked at the front registers, she was the only kind worker I experienced here). The pharmacy is absolutely terrible, filled with workers who truly don’t care about the quality of service they give. Had a drive-thru pharmacy experience where the technician rolled her eyes at me after I simply said “hello, I’m here to pick up a prescription”. Other times where I have went into the store to pick up a prescription, I felt rushed and like my concerns didn’t matter. They once dispensed me medications when there were serious drug interactions, without even telling me. Another time, the technicians were so rude to my grandmother that they made her cry, and she is a very sweet and bubbly woman. I will never step foot in another CVS again. Not like the management here even cares about that. I have since switched to Walgreens and have never had a single issue there. I recommend that to everybody. If you can, drive across the street and just go to Walgreens. Save yourself the trouble.
Worse than Walgreens now. Never have prescriptions ready when they say that williford it gets faxed in they dont even touch it till you call. Getting ready to transfer all mine somewhere else .

Rude, unfriendly pharmacy staff. I try to avoid going—but even on the phone they’re rude. “CVS Pharmacy can you hold—“ 10 mins later no one picks up to say “ hey we’re busy. We’ll be right with you.” Needless to say, they weren’t busy at all.
This pharmacy has got to regroup they are rude and disrespectful. If you can go some where else.
Called twice today stayed on for about 20 minutes with no answer was calling to see if my script was ready as I’m further out of town ... this is completely unacceptable someone can at least answer the phone to say something about being busy or just a moment but I got nothing they never answered !
Very slow service, just got out of hospital, Took 4 hours to fill perscription that Dr requested that I start immediately. When I arrived at Pharmacy, I was told when to come back for the perscription. I returned not ready. was told I should have requested it when I could give them more time. I told them I just got out of hospital, They said that everyboby told them that, and they didnt know who was lying. I had a perscription from the hospital and still had my wrist band.Very unprofessional, I think it is time to change Pharmacy. I am 76 years old and resident of Lake Havasu City, Az for 26 years.
I have never had a problem with this CVS Pharmacy (knock on wood). Always have my script ready and staff is always kind.
Disappointed that they changed their hours. It needs to be a 24 hour pharmacy again

My husband had a prescription dropped off at 12:00pm and when I went to pick it up at 5:00pm they said it would be another 2 hours before it was ready. I tried to call to make sure it was ready and was on hold for over 20 minutes before I finally gave up. Will never use CVS again for prescriptions. At least Walgreens has better customer service.
