I walked in and encountered Robyn. She showed me exactly where I could find what I needed. Even walked me to another department and made sure I had someone helping me before she left. I was able to get everything I needed. If more sales people were like her Id go shopping more often.

Friendly staff, everyone employee we passed asked if we needed any help. Went in to browse, ended up buying quite a few items because it was enjoyable to shop there. Store was clean and the prices were best in town.

Will never buy jewelery from there again. Got my Mother a ring w/her birthstone, at X-mas. She had only worn it a few times. She put it on to go out one day. The gold ring had turned BLACK !?!? We went to return it and get my money back. I had bought the 2 year warranty. I was told that I could only have it RE-DIPPED. It hadnt even been a year. No wonder there was talk of them going out of business!!!!!!

I had some great help from a girl and I dont remember her name! ☹️ She was at the Sephora counter and helped me. I will go back to her every time I go in Penneys. Went into the Lake havasu store hoping to buy a suit jacket, slacks, and an appropriate shirt. I found the jacket and was trying to match a shirt, I was approached by an associated who was extremely rude “informing me I can’t touch the shirts and the ones I’m looking at aren’t in my size” I told her I was just trying to find a good color shirt to match. She told me that I shouldn’t need to touch the shirts to do this. I refuse to buy anything from a company who believes this is customer service

When there are shes and coupons I shop at JCPennys. There arent many places to buy clothes in Havasu. I can never find clothes for my 10 year old daughter. There arent enough options in her size. I like that Sephora is in Pennys. Ive been ripped off for my reward points many times so I dont use my Pennys credit card anymore. Ive called about not getting my rewards and I was told they were given to me and expired but every time I ask if I can use my points In told I dont have any. I bought a $700 bed and should have had $70 in points but they couldnt ever straighten it out so I never got those rewards. Pennys has many options for womens shoes. The kids shoes are short on variety and supply.

I love the lake havasu city store. It is incredibly clean and organized. Great sales. Jewelry dept employees are so nice and responsive. I love sephora inside of jcp and the sales associates there are also great. I have always had a great shopping experience in this store.

Really a sad place. I doubt they are in the green. If you are looking for girl clothes and makeup its probably a fine option, but youll only really find suits if you are lookin for dude clothing.

Probably the biggest clothes store in havasue. It can get a little spendy but they usually have some really good deals to make it worth your while.

Terrible customer service. Had to wait an hour for Penneys open as covid-19 made them open later which is horrible at 11am . Also wanted a pair of shoes the service Lady said take picture of into and go to check out they would handle the whole process. We go to front of store again and wait in line 15 minutes to be told we have to go to orders in the back of store again. We left and went to Famous Footwear. So long JCPENNEY. With loosey hours and customer service you wont be around for long.

To my knowledge when working on a place like that you should know all departments people acted as if it was a burden for them you be there. In to of that my husband in wheel chair and tried to reach something high and girl standing next to him and totally ignored him

Need to stock up on Stafford gold toe socks for men. White socks only 3 or 4 short ankle socks.

Hours are really bad for a store in lake Havasu, they dont open till 11 am on weekdays, it will be to hot in Havasu by the time they open. My 93 year old mother will no longer be able to shop until late fall.

Its really all we got in our tiny little town that has decent prices, quality, and variety. I like shopping local, but for household, non-mentionables, and my son this is my go to.

Went in on the odd chance they might have some sort of affordable wedding dress I could wear for my second marriage. They no longer have an in-store wedding se ction. I asked a store associate for help and she came all the way across the store to help me. I found the MOST beautiful dress of all places in the marked down prom dress section. I even tryed it on for a couple of Penneys associates and they gave me their imput ie buy the dress. And I did. Love the attitude of the people tat work here.

They had a very limited selection and are a bit over priced in my opinion.

Theres always someone around to help when you need it. The checkout can be a long wait and frustrating sometimes, but theyre always nice. And whether youre shopping or at the check out, they always try to sell you a JCPenny card. Overall, good service, always have a sale going on, and friendly staff. Thumbs up 👍👍

The long and short ordered shoes on line they didnt fit. Drove over 100 miles to get the right fit. Got there and the only pair that would fit ended up being a display pair with a small flaw. I told the gentleman about my issue and asked if he would take a % off.He called in someone who said no. Since i really didnt want the style that fit me i was just getting them to get them.I decided to just get them elsewhere. When i got a return it was for just the amount of the shoes. No tax or shipping price returned.FYI There are so many different stores around the area you dont have to settle.I found shoes right across the street.

Tried Salon in last minute decision not expecting more than basic service..I was so wrong..Janet was amazing, took her time with color and cut and did an amazing job. I honestly haven’t had a cut this good in years. I was extremely surprised and pleased. I would highly recommend..They went out of their way to get me in right away and were very friendly..I will definitely go back.

It was clean and well stocked and they had some awesome sales going. Thats my favorite part! Check online to see if they have any promotions running and you can usually stack store sales plus the corporate sale. I got most of my stuff for 50% off or more. Love it!

Dressing rooms not open, so had to take pants home to try on was to big and cost was to much so brought them back, but did buy a coffeemaker which was ok and good price

I own several brick and mortar retail businesss on each coast so, Im painfully aware of the retail struggle of such a business platform, and how hard hit large retailers, like Pennys, has suffered. Non the less, its just the type of retailer that should have a mens billfold in stock. Folding wallets galore but, not one billfold.Seriously?! Is there no longer a market for billfolds and Im the last to know? Or is someone in corporate asleep at the wheel?Checked Amazon later at home....yeah....I thought so. Billfolds in every flavor and color.Seems Pennys has made some cutbacks. And it shows. Sad thing really. At this rate, theyll go the way of Monkey Wards & Sears.

I was looking for kids non digital watches. I went to jewelry counter to look for them in lock up under glass top. The lady behind counter said check behind wall around corner. I shouldve know they didnt have any, but I looked anyway. The non digital are more expensive than cheap plastic digital.

Live JC penney. With credit card and in house specials it is no more expensive than Walmart. Got pots and pans for 60 instead of over 120.

This is one of the nicest Pennys I have been in to. The store is immaculate. You could just about eat off the floors. This Pennys has beds as well as appliances . They have the same sales as all the rest of the Penneys, but depending on where you are from, you might find the selection of clothing outstanding. Lots of nice mens wear and of coarse four times that amount in womens wear. The associates are all very helpful and appear to be happy. Hey what a concept, happy employees!! check it out folks, you be glad you did.

Was looking for Bed Sheets, none in site,so I tried looking for a sales person, no in spite on the floor. I finally started to leave the store, and said to my self Ill take a last chance and ask the girl behind the counter I was passing. She said they rearranged the store and were no longer stocking much bedding any more, there way back in the corner. Ok, that problem solved. I made my purchase and headed back across the store for the front door, and herd my name on the PA System. Please return to the bedding dept, you forgot you receipt. No, I didnt forget it, the clerk didnt bother to give it to me. Very poor service, and the ones that are working seem to want to hide from the customers.

My first time in a class Penneys store in 15+ years as well as my first time shopping on Black Friday. This is a very nice store and had great sales, very long lines though. I bought a new fridge and the salesgirl got me checked out quickly. Will be back again.
