Terrible workmanship, terrible customer service. Refused to issue refund. Lady at the counter screamed profanities when a refund was requested. These were a brand new pair of boots that needed to be altered at the ankles. They were returned with holes through the leather, the zipper did not line up, and completely botched stitching. These boots are ruined. Please save yourself the money and hassle and find a real professional. Have a lovely day.

Great place to get your footwear repaired and or customized. They do outstanding work. Friendly and courteous. They do all kinds of different repairs, from Jackets, shoes (all kinds) and different kinds of leather work. **They are on the side alley, behind the dog grooming store. Directly across from the community college.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! These jokers ruined my wifes new boots and claimed it wasnt their fault. We asked for a refund and the woman went bonkers!!! Screaming at my wife while pointing at a no refund sign. Some mental health issues at this place. STAY AWAY!!!Keith T.Lake Havasu City.

Brought my Wilcox boots in for new sole’s, a minor repair & added leather on the left boot for toe shifter. They did a great job in a timely fashion!
