This place is a pleasant surprise. Unlike most other smoke shops, Kind Connection does not massively mark up the hardware and smoking accessories they offer. They are not snobby and they are very knowledgeable about what they do offer. They also have a humidor room with a wide tobacco selection (most of which is of a singular brand though but be not discouraged), which indicates to the client that this is not some iffy pot head paradise. Jason is that type of person who can make a client -of any stripe- feel welcome. Just a solid, decent place.

Was looking for cbd gummies. They had a decent selection in stock and vere knowledgeable about their products.

The most inconsistent customer service I have ever experienced. If you buy a battery, BE SURE TO CHECK IF IT’S BROKEN THE SAME DAY OR THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! Will you get a charger with the battery you buy? Maybe? Maybe not? Depends on who is at the store apparently! After buying 100’s of dollars worth of pipes and other accessories. They are not worth the hassle anymore. Far from KIND that’s a guarantee. I am glad I can say I have only wasted my time with this place. Thankfully manufacturers stand by their product and you can always buy and replace through them online for an even much cheaper price. What’s the point in brick and mortar if there is no convenience or customer service available? I feel like this place has became a scam. Buy elsewhere folks, they don’t know the definiton of KIND unless they are selling you something.

Great awesome people went in to get xmas gift

I was post panic attack coming in and just moved back looking for cbd to calm down. The guy was super nice and understanding. And i will definitely be trying other strains of cbd but the berry wine has been doing the trick. Significantly cheaper than fl. 7 grams for $43 is way better than 3.5 for $40. They also have little pipes for very good prices.

Do not think of giving your patronage to any other Tobacco/Smoking supply/novelty store in Havasu. Ive had excellent service and always found what I was looking for. You can smoke in the back area of tbe store by the humidor as well. They Truly are Kind people at the Kind connection.

Best smoke shop in town! I love the staff and Jason is awesome. They have pretty cool birthday gifts. Best place to get tobacco with the buy 10 get one free on their six oz bags. I just learned that they offer a layaway plan which seems pretty cool especially if you want something they dont have all the time thats pretty pricey. They have great lotions with cbds for pain, really nice piercings, and some pretty cool clothes, all though that section has seemed to shrink a little bit.
