Picked up a 04 Corolla back in 2019 from these guys and it was the worst car ive owned.

If I could give this guy a zero star I would ! Bought a car fpr my daughter and she used her own money ! Diary car ! Ad said everything worked amazing! Got to kingman and the radiator blew ac doesn’t work like ad said and now we are at a mechanic shop ! I called this guy days ago to make it right and he never called us back ! Stay away from this place

Bought a car back in March 2021, 6 days later check engine light came on, had it hooked up to a computer and its the catalic converter, called, left many messages and not one call was ever returned, I feel like I got screwed, mom of 4 kids, 2 of which are disabled, never ever again will I buy from this guy, thanks for screwing me and my kids, how do you sleep at night??

Guy is straight forward decent cars

Bought a vehicle from there not even a week later was having major issues guy said hed make it rite seeing as it happened less then a week after I bought it he said theyd fix it or pay for half never did either. Cars been sitting since a week after I bought it .waste of money Id recommend going somewhere else .not a good place by any means .

I have not yet purchased from this dealership; however Im very skeptical when a business has people, who may or may not be a legitimate customer, make a review that I can tell is just to raise their low rating on google as this place has obviously done. We arent all stooges. Give me a break.

This place was really a life saver! I got a 2011 VW Jetta from them for an insanely great price. When I test drove it before deciding to buy it, I noticed the check engine light was on. They ran the diagnostic test on it, discovered the problem, and fixed it before I even bought it. Very nice, honest folks there! I would highly recommend it to those looking for a car on a tight budget. I ended up leaving with an immaculate vehicle, less than 100K miles, not a single problem, and only spent 6,000. Couldn’t be more happy with my purchase! Thanks guys!!

Best place in town to get a car from

Never buy a car from these guys. I bought a truck from them 2002 Chevy Silverado put 4k cash down and 4k financed which is over priced to begin with. They told me the 4x4 was taken out but the guy they bought it from had the parts to replace it or put it back. Well come to find out the whole front end is missing a front axle and the truck is off balance. Not even 3 months after I bought it the Transmission is slipping leaving me with no vehicle. 4k down and three car payments later I am again without transportation to and from work. Never buy a car from these guys they are meatballs and are liars and up right rude.

I meant to do this review about a year ago from Top Notch but at that point it seemed like there was not enough data to be taken down, or, not enough people to sucker in to buy horrible used cars to lie to get more money to actually try to get a legit name and make it official, so I guess they have been doing just that. Im sorry for anyone who has went through this place. I bought a 2004 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT about a year ago from TOP NOTCH in Lake Havasu City, Arizona 2525, from a man name TED BERTUCO. Let me tell everyone who will ever read this review about this place, EXACTLY how everything happened. At first. I saw the 2004 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT on Craigslist for about 2900$ saying he was a Private party. I called him he told me he was a private party and told me the address to let me come look at the car. I went down to look at it and the first thing I see is a big sign saying Top Notch Auto sales, the vehicle for more than the listed price, and a large man trying to bully into having his way. Never the less, I asked about the car, he told me everything was fine on it and eventually I found out he had been lying about so much it was INSANE. I honestly feel he has better business now because he took that 3500$ from me and used it to sucker more people in. I wouldnt be writing this entire long review if it was not the Gods Honest truth. He did tell me some of the makes of these models had mechanical issues and I asked ...what about this car? He said this one?? This one is good. FROM THE LOOKS OF IT IT WAS A GOOD CAR. I sat down liked the way everything looked inside it, checked it out a bit, and so far, everything seemed to be ok. I asked if I can take it for a year drive and both me and one other witness, saw him put back on the battery cable for the battery, causing the entire system to restart. (Except for the miles.) I thought that was kind of funny, but I asked if I can take it for a test drive and what was funnier than what I just told you, he said sure, just keep it short, like no long distance and faked a fat laugh. I cant deny that it ran good and clean, but then again we only went not even for half an hour drive.... I have to say that I did like it, well, of course your going to like a car that costs more and is nicer compared to a 1000$ car. It doesnt matter the price of the car whether its 1000$ or 10,000, I proved Ted wrong and found a almost similar one for only 1900$ that will last me years to come with no issues on it what so ever. So, I am interested in buying the car, he tells me The price isnt what it was stayed on the website and he has to raise it for Dealership fees and says it is 3900. There was no way in this world that I would have played that much and the person next to me though that was insane also . We looked at the Carfax, and it had MULTIPLE repairs done to it with multiple parts. I counter offered him with a deal of 3600, and later shook hands on 3500 thinking I did ok. It came to 3500 even, I put the money down all in 100s in a envelope and he did not even count it. Looking back he just wanted it to be someone elses problem. He didnt even complete all the paperwork for me like he was supposed to and had to wait weeks to get my plate and registration. I drove it not even an hour and the first thing I see pop up is a big Orange check engine sign. My heart sank. I felt like maybe I didnt put the lid on the gas tank on right, maybe it came on for that. I took it to multiple places and nobody could figure what was wrong with it and soon has to take it to a foreign vehicle specialist to have a diagnosis on the car. I explained what had happened to Ted. I put in extra work on it replacing a fuel filter and some other stuff. I went back to him told him and he did immedidlty try to buy it back which was weird, but later into the discussion we had an argument because I was wearing Sunglass and he felt like I was trying to detect if he was lying. Which he was about everything. I could write way more but the character limit will exceed.Was priced ×2 to fix.

I bought a car from them drove it 20 miles transmission went out wont answer my calls or texts its been months and I still dont have the title or registration but no one seems to answer my calls 2000 dollars wasted in a matter of 30 minutes
