Purchased a 2007 Ford Explorer from them in early 2021. Car was in excellent shape but driver seat did not work and visor mirror was missing. To my amazement they replaced both at no cost. Turns out its cheaper to replace the entire seat then to fix it. The replacement had less then ideal upholstery so they ordered a replacement cover, which matched perfectly, and THEY EVEN PAID for a local upholstery shop to install it.Never expected this as Im accustomed to used cars being sold AS IS.These guys were great to work with, very professional and pleasant. This transaction was very smooth. I bought this car through my out of state LLC and they handled the necessary title work perfectly.I cant say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them and wouldnt hesitate a second before buying another vehicle from them!
