I purchased a vehicle in September, the dealership is now closed and the vehicle I financed is now in operable as of Christmas Day good news is I owe 14,000 for an ornament.

I found a car on their website that I wanted a quote on. I emailed in my questions on Monday the 27th and have since received 6 emails that sound like it was sent through a system/robot. 4 out of 6 emails were saying they will get in contact with me soon. One email was asking the best way to communicate- email or phone call. I emailed back responding that email is best as I work all day and I told him my price range and what I was looking for. I got an email back from Kevin Guess again saying to call him when I am free. It has been 5 days of not actually talking to ANYBODY and I keep getting robotic responses. Should not take 5 days and 6 emails and still get no real customer services from anyone at this company. Will not be wasting anymore time here.

1 sales person was more interested in his phone instead of talking to me. I owe a little on my car & I want to get a truck & he gave me an outrageous number I would have to come up with to get into the truck. If I had 8 to 10 thousand dollars I would go to a new car dealer & ask them to find what I want because I know they will. As soon as I said I was on a fixed income his attitude got worse. Fixed income is a guarantee payment. Never again.

Alex is a great guy, super friendly and hires friendly people as well. He went out and found the exact car I wanted since they did not have one on the lot. (2013 Ford Focus hatchback manual) Got it at a great price as well. There were a couple clips missing in the doors and a string for the hatchback cover but Havacars made sure I got all the missing OEM parts at no cost. Highly recommend them!

When I sell someone a roof I dont make them do the work.These junk dealers aint worth going too.

Just bought our 2002 f150 from them a week ago on the way home to fort Mohave the engine light comes on. took it to the auto parts store. Had to replace all the spark plugs and ignition coils. 6 days later the heater line under the intake had a crack and intake gaskets were cracked. Had to get fixed and towed to the shop so know Im 1000 dollars in the hole. Ive had it a week. And they will do nothing about it stating its as is. Funny I thought I was getting an as is running vehicle and I didnt even get it home before the issues started.

I bought a 2007 Mercury Mariner and the second day driving it the front brake pads went out . Saleman tells me they should of caught on the Safety Inspection . Solution I take it to there Mechanic to fix the Brakes i tell him they said he should have caught it on the Safety Inspection he informs me he never did a safety inspection on this vehicle he had because there was an issue with the Shifter. Brakes are fixed drive for the rest of the week Sunday the 6th day after brakes fixed pull into my Driveway go to put it in Park it wont go into Park 10 mins later i get into park get up next morning go to work try and put it in Park a no go. I call Hava cars tell them i really dont want this POS they asked fora chance to make it right car is in the shop for 5 days . They put a new shifter in all seems good have the car back two days I hear a belt sqealing and smell oil so i have to take the car back to Mechanic the air conditioner pump is going out so another day of car in the shop I inform them I really dont want this vehicle Alex informs me they are losing money on this Vehicle mean while im still waitng for the sun visor they had ordered for it. So I made the first payment and its been warm enough to roll the windows down and when i try to roll the passenger window down it stops halfway and this nice rainy weather we had im driving down Lake Havasu Blvd and go to turn and a waterfall starts pouring into my lap from the Sunroof . So am i happy not at all I dont like people that lie and thats what happened.

If you want a car company that takes advantage of the elderly, youve found the right place. These *#*&s allowed my 80 year old mother to buy a car for her friend (whos credit was so bad she couldnt qualify for a loan on her own) using my mothers credit card, and titled the car in the friends name. When I talked to Tom about it, he says its a perfectly normal transaction for Havacars. If you want your parents to be taken advantage of, youve found the right place!
