Fast and friendly service. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Lacey took care of getting both of our vehicles serviced very quickly. We brought both of our vehicles down and Lacey got them in and out in under an hour. Very quick. Lacey made sure that our truck had the oil changed from conventional to synthetic like I had asked. Our truck was purchased from another lot here in Lake Havasu City, and during the first oil change at the other lot, I asked them to change the oil from conventional to synthetic and when we got the vehicle back, it took two weeks to get a clear answer on what they put in the truck. It was not synthetic, so I contacted Lacey at Anderson Toyota and she told me to bring it down and they would change it out for us, and they did just that. The buy 3 tires get one free offer is not true. Also when balancing tires, they use several weights to get it done quickly versus taking a littler more time and doing it properly with fewer weights. Had to have my wheels rebalanced a few hundred miles further down the road.

Last Tuesday 9-28-21, we brought our 2007 Double cab in for Service. While we were there Todd showed us a 2017 Tundra Crewmax that was a lease buyback with low miles. The truck looked new and we were impressed on how smooth it was to drive. With Todds help we were able to get a good trade in on our 2007 Double Cab, and Keith the Sales manager was a great help in working out the details. We made the deal and Friday we drove it home. Sensor lights are like icebergs! They may appear harmless and inexpensive to fix but sometimes they are connected to expensive repairs! I’m my case it was a water pump! While the repair shop was replacing the unit I checked around and found the dealer charged a realistic price. And moreover the people there treat me very well and answer all my questions. I purchased this 2020 custom built Tacoma Off-Road edition from them in late December, as with any custom vehicle you are bound to have a flaw or two... But when I was faced with these flaws Brandon ( Sales Manager ) and Jose ( Service Writer ) never complained and jumped right into action to go ABOVE AND BEYOND for me to get my issues at hand solved and taken care of in a very fast timely manner! You just had my first six months tune in service doors open right on time I wasnt there even 45 minutes, they did everything and more no charge with my extended warranty, went over all the details with me were very thorough and answered all my questions Anderson Toyota lake Havasu is a great place to go.

I just paid over $200 for the 60,000 mile service and all they did was the oil change and filters. All I was actually told was that I need tires which they tell me at every single oil change. But then I read the paper and they didn’t even rotate the tires. I used to love this place but I don’t plan on returning after this.

Anderson bailed us out of a tough spot. In an afternoon of automotive crisis they made certain disaster a minor inconvenience by provided outstanding customer service and top quality maintenance. Our sincerest thanks to Jose and the Service Department who quickly diagnosed the repairs and to the Rental Car department who miracled a car for us late on a Saturday afternoon. We got our trusty old Prius back (now our daughters college car) today and one inverter cooling pump later it’s as good as new. Somehow he had me sitting in one and taking it for a test drive with my wife. Little did I know he was about to bust out the magic and started to convince my wife that she needed this car. Now, as a man married for 18 years I know, and Cody knows, that if she wants something I cant say no. Very useful but sneaky technique. Keep your guard up gentleman. Next thing I know I am back the next day giving all my money to Anderson Toyota. This is probably why Toyota employs him. Anyway, I now own a Toyota Highlander and my wife and I are very happy. Only drove a day and loud rattling in the back of the highlander is very annoying. We scheduled a service visit and they said they tried to get all the rattles but had to bring it back for them to look at again. Why should the customer have to bring back in when its a brand new highlander with price over 40000?? Everytime I drive my new car it is so noisy.

We had our 2018 Tundra pickup in for a tire rotation. They did not do an alignment even though they advertised free alignment and we asked for it. The gal told us we would need tires when we got back from a trip we were taking to Idaho and everything should be fine until then. We headed to Idaho and our ride was terrible, the steering wheel vibrated all the way down the road. We had to stop in Idaho Falls at the Toyota dealership to buy 4 new tires. The ride is great now. Very disappointed in Anderson Toyota for not giving us an alignment especially when we told her we had a tow to the right but only after the tire rotation did the steering wheel vibrate..not a happy customer. We have not had good luck at this dealership—this is the 3rd time we were unhappy customers.

The check engine light came on in my 2017 Tundra. I made an appointment and the check engine light went off. Jennifer called to check on me because she was worried that I broke down. Needless to say the check engine light came back on and truck started running badly and making strange noise from fuel tank! I took it in and dropped it off. Problem was diagnosed and parts were ordered. By the end of the next day truck was finished as promised and given a complimentary bath! Best service Ive ever had with dealership. Professional and friendly and extremely helpful and caring. If I have any more problems with my truck, which of course I hope I dont, Ill bring it right here. Maybe when its time Ill buy one here too!

We have a 2020 tundra, we took our truck in to have the tires looked at because the truck has 23,000 miles. The service department said the stock Michelin tires had a 60,000 mile warranty and they needed it for about an hour and a half. After 7 hours they told me they aren’t actually a Michelin certified dealer and they couldn’t do anything for me and I should find a Michelin dealer to help but they didn’t know who was a dealer in town.Buying a vehicle from Anderson was an absolute dream. Service is one of the worst I have ever seen
