DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!BAIT and SWITCH is what they do at this sales dept. And it appears that they consider Seniors and Veterans like me with disabilities as EASY PREY...You can offer to pay the full advertised internet price or even $1,000 over, then they say its another $1500 for Accessories. Also Chrysler says 0% financing on a vehicle, but they say not unless we add another $1500. to price of truck. Wow, I bought a $70k truck from them last year, Im a return customer and a buyer of 7 new Ram trucks over past 10 years. Imagine how they will treat a brand new customer.?

Absolutely the worst service I ever experienced!!!!Had appointment for oil change & a repair. Was informed it would be approximately 3 hours upon arrival, even though we had appointment. We were then also informed they had no shuttle service or loaner vehicles.Keep in mind they advertise free shuttle & “express” oil changes with no exclusion mentioned.We were told 40 minutes into our appointment that they could take us somewhere, which we accepted.We called for pickup which was amazingly difficult. The young lady that answered the phone provided a phone number that didn’t work. We had asked to speak with a manager & was told no mangers were working. Finally a person told us they would be picking us up in 10 minutes that actually took 40 minutes.Once back at the dealership, we were informed they were finishing up. So, we waited AGAIN….at this point it’s been 3 hours.The vehicle was finally drove around at which time we found out the repair was not done, they have to order a part. Evidently there was a safety recall that no one informed us about or went over. We waited over 3 hours for an oil change & received A LOT of attitude.I will not return to this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership. They might be nice & accommodating if you are purchasing, once the transaction is complete, they treat you very poorly.By the way, we’ll have to go to another dealership, more competent, to do a simple repair. Their vehicles are poorly made evidently

Work on bed cover was good. Only complaint was I was quoted 170 for labor and was charged 270. From the time my truck went in at a little past 11 untill i saw it in the lot finished was about 12:45. There are cameras to check this timeline I am sure. That is nearly $180 an hour for labor. A tad excessive in my opinion.

Anderson Dodge treated me great during my last purchase. I went in just window shopping during our vacation at Lake Havasu. Cameron greeted me right away as soon as I walked in. We sat down and he asked some pertinent questions on my needs and he produced a couple of trucks for me to test drive. I wound up purchasing from them because of their non-predatory approach. They really made me feel comfortable and were not pushy about the sale, which makes most walk away. They were kind enough to let me test drive the trucks to the campground where my wife was so she could view them too! Cameron helped me all the way through the sale and not once did feel pushy or not able to meet my requests. It was a simple bouncing back and forth of numbers and then they got me a killer interest rate for our loan! Went there with low intentions to purchase and because of their knowledge, approach, and the value of the vehicle they found me I couldnt pass it up! I came into the dealership through Sams club auto program. Unfortunately due to these crazy times the vehicle I had in mind had been sold. I was treated very well and informed about other possibilities. I listened to them and made a decision on which vehicle I would consider. They brought it up and we test drove it. After that we talked pricing and financial then we made the deal. Overall I didnt feel pressure to buy and will let others know as well.

Brought a broken key in from my Kia Soul. I just didn’t want to drive up to the Kia dealership in kingman. Kia would’ve charged me $300 to fix this broken key that Anderson Nissan just fixed for free on the spot! Two thumbs up, 5 stars, 10/10 this place I would recommend

I actually took it someplace else first and they could nit fix it (something along the lines of a Dealer Exclusive part, which to me is a horribly unfair free-market move. Dealers charge too much for labor and the exclusivity allows them to. Not right, not fair. That being said, they always do good and proper work so Im not sure who exactly to be angry with.Good job mechanic. 👏 Nuts to who ever is behind the price fixing.

Went to Anderson Jeep in Lake Havasu City on Oct 19th, to find out where my evap leak was, figuring I would have to leave my 2017 JKU overnight. Met Danielle Delgado in the service dept first off, she made me comfortable right away about leaving my Jeep there. She told me that in an hour or so they would take my Jeep in (short staffed). In 2hrs, I received a text from Danielle stating that she was just working with my warranty co, but my Jeep was finished! I really thought it would take 2 days! The whole time Danielle kept me up to date on the progress of my Jeep, and I could not belive it took 2hrs. They took me right in. Danielle was professional & very friendly from beginning. The warranty covered everything and I did not have to pay anything! Anderson Jeep was very pleasant & professional to deal with. I will DEFINITELY be using them again for all 3 of my Jeeps! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I took my ram in cause I was having a problem with the suspension. I even had a couple of videos showing what it was doing. They had my truck all day and at the end of the day they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. To top that they told me the mechanic was out driving it and it never faulted while he was driving it. Also I was told the company didn’t pick up any fault codes on any of it. Well I’m my opinion a good mechanic should be able too see and know when there is a problem instead of just saying the comp days nothing wrong. Any way I didn’t argue with them or anything I just re stated that the trk has been in there several times for problems with the front suspension and they have fixed it every time. Always the same problem the air compressor had small leaks causing the problem. So I’m told they found nothing. So I take the truck and leave and guess what there the same problem again happening. I immediately called the service sept and tried to talk with the gentleman that serviced the truck. And all I got was we will have him call you back in a few mins he steppped out. But would be there till closing. That was fri last week here it is tues next week and still no return call. I guess I will have too take it too another dealer now too see if I can get it fixed.

Most of you reading this have had different cars and dealt with different dealerships. This dealership however went above and beyond. Im visiting here for the weekend and my water pump gave out. I called this dealership and they said get it here asap. So I did. The next morning they called me and said your vehicle is ready for pick up! It was a soso sale. We have an iou that was signed and it’s been several months now and they still have not fulfilled there end of the bargain. When I addressed certain issues (wear n tear on tires paint chips chips in glass) they just blew it off they were not willing to work with me what so ever. They say they have rewards for outstanding customer service and I find that hard to believe. I went in for an oil change the other day and it took three hours. I won’t be buying another vehicle through them.

Took my 2015 Ram 1500 in for a service appointment while i am living in Lake Havasu short term for business. Very friendly staff on the phone. Was sent a text before my appointment asking if I was curious in trading in my vehicle and looking at something on the lot, which I declined but appreciated the offer. Upon arriving I was greeted by my service writer Brent, who was very professional and friendly. Explained everything that they would be performing and asked if there were any other concerns I had with the vehicle. Explained I needed my tires re-balanced as the shop that installed them did a poor job, and my steering wheel controls were acting intermittently.I was offered a ride anywhere in town I needed to go while my vehicle was being worked on. Again the driver was very friendly.After my vehicle was finished they called to let me know everything went smooth but that the steering wheel control needed to be replaced and that they would have the part the next day. I decided to pick my vehicle up and Brent let me know I could come back anytime to have the control swapped out real quick. Vehicle was returned as I delivered it with a much smoother ride due to the tire balance.Overall I had a great experience and would return if I lived here full time.

Well I was there at 8 and the door was locked. It was raining pretty hard. Then the computers went down because of a power outage. So it took 2 hours to get my key fob and get it programed. I had an appointment at 8. So not really happy. But the coffee was good and great free snacks. Also I asked if the service guy could look at my lug nuts. Because they are weird and dont fit a regular lug wrench. They said they didnt have time. It takes like 3 seconds to look at them. So overall not satisfied.

If you are like me, you love your Jeep. They are very fun to trick out I recently worked with Mike at Anderson Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to add Side Armor to my Rubicon. The Selection and purchase went smooth and they had parts in-house in a few day. They were able to schedule me in a few days later for the installation. The Install only took a few hours. Meanwhile, Vince shuttled me into town to do some shopping, then came and got me when the install was complete. Andersons is a very professional place with great service and friendly people all around, and I highly recommend them for any needs you may have.

Don’t buy from this place!! Make sure to look at your paper work. They were trying to charge $500 for a doc fee which normally cost $85 and they state that it’s up to the dealer what they charge and won’t change it. Make sure to keep an eye out on your fees. They could be up charging you for things.

My family and I have recently moved here and I had the service package on my car. I took it in and scheduled an appointment with Danielle and came appointment day I brought my car in. I met with Danielle and checked in. They were awesome and didn’t try to talk me into anything. They advised me on a couple things, one being tires which I knew but they didn’t force it down my throat like some places do. Not only that but the quote for all four tires was actually an amazing price. They even informed me that I still had another year on my service pack which I thought I only had till August 2021. Very very nice people throughout the entire building.I also had a part order for my car and they got that in and not only notified me but when asked if they had a problem holding till I brought in for my appointment they had no problems. I don’t know may be partial but by far one of, if not the best dealership I have been too.

Well, when you here from them they are very polite, but thats the problem, the service department is NOT efficient and communicating with you. I needed service on my vehicle twice and twice they havent returned my calls, I have to chase them.

I was under a time crunch and put pressure on the Service Department to get my car done in time...Brent was VERY professional and helpful...graciously accommodating my request. The Service department was able to fit us in even though they were swamped. I appreciated them fitting us in. The problem wasnt found, but updates were performed on the software. Somehow my tire managed to get 3 nails in it just as or just before I arrived at the dealership. It was a crazy morning.

My van broke down in Needles while on vacation, transmission went out! Called dealer, they looked up everything, told me I was still under warranty- towed van from Needles to Lake Havasu, ordered parts and had it done in day and a half. We stayed in motel over nite to be there to get van and head home- they sent courtesy car to pick us up and get us to dealership- great crew, thank you Herman very much! You made a iffy situation a lot easier to deal with!

I had purchased a vehicle online and there were a couple issues that thankfully were covered under warranty. This is the first time in 10+ years I’ve had to deal with a company to repair problems with a car- and the wonder team at Anderson Chrysler Jeep were absolutely amazing.A big shout out to the service team but especially Danielle!!! Danielle did everything possible to keep me up to date with things involving my car and the process of dealings with the warranty company. They were very fast to get things fixed and get us back in our car!! After the service I received there I am even looking at purchasing options for an additional car with them. Anderson has a wealth of very knowledgeable and courteous people. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. The work to be done was explained extremely well and the actual work was top of the line. They took the time to listen to everything I had to say regarding issues I had been having with my truck. It did take a bit of time for the maintenance to be done, but I will not fault anyone for taking the time to be so thorough. The only problem with the whole experience was the sticker shock I experienced when presented with the bill. I guess that is to be expected when you get work done at a dealership, however. Still, overall...a very good experience with these people. Thanks Anderson!

This was the worst experience of any car sale. We were there from 11am to 430. They were running my husbands social came back as a dead man for they had the wrong social security number . Oh they let us know at 430. After waiting they said we will have finish up Monday . I will never give them any business.Horriblw

The dealership is really highly effective at constantly sending messages to purchase vehicles or trade in but poor customer service. Tried to get my key fob replaced under my warranty and they told me they had already provided me with it when I picked up my Jeep for service. Called customer service and spoke with the lady and left a message if she could review the video footage that the key fob was not given to me and she won’t call me back. Poor vehicle customer service unless they are making profit from a sale and out my key fob.

Lets just say...if I was in the market for a new car...I would definitely buy one from your dealership...because of Brent Johnson and your excellent service department ....

It’s important for full-time RVers to get complete service as we cannot return for do overs. Driveshaft bolts sheered off on my Jeep. Towed to Anderson on a Friday afternoon. Parts ordered on Monday. Jeep sat waiting all week for the parts to come. Apparently part was lost in Kentucky. The NEXT Monday, day 10 DAYS later, a request for an overnight delivery was made. It arrived in Tucson, instead of Lake Havasu on Tuesday, day 11. Finally arrived on Wednesday day 12 and was installed. Herman my service manager was very nice. Also Brittany who provided the loaner car. Would have given them 5 stars but believe the parts manager should have noticed the shipping problems and corrected them, rather than let the parts wander the country. This led to a trip delay and missed reservations for two weeks.

Nick in Service facilitated two separate vehicles warranty/recall issues, 2 shuttle rides, with a time challenged customer; all in the same day. Very impressed with Anderson Ram/Jeep and their staff.

They gave my Jeep a look over for anything that might need addressing andlet me decide on what to prioritize. Overall great experience. Waiting area nice with some snacks available. Discovered a foos ball game and a sit down video game! All geared to help the customer and ease their wait!

Anderson is the best service department that we have encountered. We are full time RVers and have used dealer service departments all over for our Jeep and Ram. We were really impressed with Danielle’s follow through and communication, the organization of the whole process including check in and check out — and the repair and service on both vehicles was done ahead of the promised timeline !
