Arnolds Service Company is my RO/Water Softener people. I had a problem with water running through pipes in laundry room. Sent an email on Sunday and before 6 a.m. this morning I had a response. They got Mike out as early as possible to check RO. Turns out it was not the RO but I appreciated the fast service.

Awesome service, Good honest and friendly. I had a problem with my water softener. It would have been very easy for them to just say its broke buy a new one costing me over $700. They didnt do that, they fixed the simple problem for only the very fair service call fee. He even came back later in the day to make sure all was still good. He even diagnosed a future potential catastrophic problem and explained how I could fix it myself if I wanted to again saving me hundreds. THANK YOU
