I have taken 2 pairs of boots to The Cobbler so far...I am over the moon with his work, repair and knowledge. I am from Minnesota it is hard to find GOOD boot/leather repair. You will NOT be disappointed with his price or turn around time!! Just like shoes on your horse, this man knows the boots on your feet!!!I highly recommend him.Thank- you. ;)

Owner handled my very expensive purse with great care, he knew how nervous I was. Shortened the strap and made it look great and at a very affordable price. Will definitely go back

Very happy with the excellent service. Also, the fact that the service was done within the hour just amazed me. In California mist shoe shop will say come back 1-2 weeks. This guy will always have my business.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The price was low, to be honest for what service I got I feel like he should charge more. He helped me get everything I needed to take care of my shoes. He was polite and kind. If you must get any work done by a cobbler, I highly suggest going to him. I had a wonderful experience and will be back if/when I need more help.

I brought in two pairs of shoes and a ripped leather jacket which I was unsure if it was repairable. Lonny was very knowledgeable and friendly, and upon leaving I had total faith that my items would be wearable again. When I picked them up, I was beyond impressed with his craftsmanship and in awe of how new everything looked! 100% recommend! Check their Facebook for before and after photos to see for yourself!

I brought in a pair of sandals with a blue zipper up the back heel that needed a new pull. He showed me a pull that would match the bling on the sandals and he suggested I replace both so they would match, which I was thinking before I walked in the door. I also brought in a HUGE soft sided dog kennel which also needed zippers fixed-it’s like super sized luggage. I think I could’ve gotten them back the next day but I wasn’t in that much of a hurry. I even got a lesson in how to care for the zippers with this desert dust, including our riding boots and leathers. The price was very reasonable. I’m pleased with the service, turnaround time… All of it. We will be using The Cobbler for our repairs and modifications.

Lonnie was more than accommodating when i brought in a pair of boots i loved that were previously messed up by a different shoe repair place. He knew right away what the problem was and solved it. I recommend him for all your repair needs! The man is a master at his craft with awesome customer service to boot. (Pun intended 😁) Thanks again Lonnie!

The owners of this store are so caring and passionate about what they do! I know their business is new to Havasu but theyve relocated their company and from Bend, Oregon! Very knowledgeable and their store is SO clean!
