I was in search of a rare pulley for my boat and not only did he have it but he went out of his way to send it to me in st.charles mo same day they r fantastic u highly recommend. Update the pulley fits perfect he new exactly which one I needed just plain awesome!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Mark and Jesse over at savage marine. These are the only guys in town that won’t take advantage of you to make a quick dollar, and have the best customer service I’ve ever had in the boat industry. They find and fix any problems I have with my boat every time and don’t overcharge for it.

Brought the boat over from PHX late on Sunday afternoon. Wouldnt start. Starter was hung up. Called Savage Marine first thing in the morning because of their great customer reviews. Mark said to bring it on in and he could replace the starter. Maybe 2 hours labor. He had it completed that afternoon and only charged 1.5 hr. for his time. He has a customer for life. Thanks Mark.

Worst customer service ever hung up on me twice all I was asking is they had anything boats or jet skis up for sale as a lot of the time mechanics have things they’ve fixed for sale but I wouldn’t get anything fixed here with the service I just received
