I called and asked if they would sell my boat for me. Paul explained how it worked (I live in New Mexico). When I arrived Paul and Preston were extremely Professional and very helpful. They sold my Boat in less time than was stated in the contract. They went above and beyond of what they needed too. I will always use them and recommend them.

Ordered a 2021 Trifecta. Mike Misplay was very helpful in making sure my order was correct, good customer service and returns calls. I as well had them sell my motorhome and Mike got me little more than we agreed.

Ed in the service department and his crew are the best Ive been having an overheating problem on my boat and they fixed it the first time. Every part he said was probably wore out was. Took it for another test drive no overheating problem solved.

These people are crooks. Dont waste your time and save your money. Run far far away from this place. It was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Be careful with what they advertise, they false advertise boats. They dont accept accountability for it when they get caught either.

These guys are terrible. Save yourself the time and energy. They make mistakes and miss-advertise, dont do what it takes to make it right. Left a negative review on their Facebook and got blocked because I didnt tell them what they wanted to hear. Instead I gave an honest opinion about my experience. They then started having friends comment and give ratings to raise their overall rating back up. That to me speaks volumes, when you have to have friends and family give a high rating for your business instead of actual customers

My father and I had a 10/10 pre-owned boat buying experience at Horizon Motorsports. We have experienced that pictures (and salesmen) can be very deceiving, and that is where Horizon stood apart from the rest - and also where our hunt for the perfect boat ended.We received fair trade-in value here for our 27 Ultra Shadow, and for our new boat we decided on a beautiful DCB F29 with twin Ilmor V10s. 💪Paul greeted us just before closing, was very transparent about the boat, maintenance history, and knew everything about this model - which is very comforting because often we seem to know more about the boats than the salesman it seems. After a few thorough walk-arounds and relatively easy negotiations, we were able to make a deal we were both happy with.As soon as you enter the showroom here you will see that the caliber of boats and other recreational vehicles is very high, and they have customer service to match.
