Extremely satisfied-After having an unfortunate incident (off road accident)with my brand new Can Am I needed a large amount of repair.Havasu Powersports handled literally everything and I am very thankful!Starting with my first phone call their Service Manager (Brian P) was completely hands on and diligent.1. He ensured a very accurate damage assessment.2. He handled all the insurance interactions.3. He oversaw all the work which was excellent and most importantly on time.4. He always took my phone calls and kept me in the loop (always very patient as well).5. Essentially he and his team handled everything to my strictest of expectations.I also had a positive interaction with Ken- (the stores General Manager). I raised one question on a cost and he saw my point and made the concession. My father-in-law and I both bought the 2018 Can-Am Maverick X3 Max RSwith a few upgrades, we dealt with Jenell and she was very helpful. If we ever need to purchase something in the future we will be back, great service and very knowledgeable. I also worked with Jeff in the parts department I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. Jeff was awesome to work and very helpful as well.

Service dept.is not good.Had low oil limp home so went to them .Head of Service had it for 3 weeks came back with a estimate of 6743.00. They wanted to install a long block which is a new motor.Went for a second opinion at Platinum power sports. DILLEN replaced the oil gear that had broken for 750.00 all done & runs great Do your self a favorStay out of Havasu power sports

Went in to ask about parts and some basic info on razers because just made our first purchase. They said they really dont know much about them and didnt really act like they wanted to bother with us.

Stay away from Havasu Powersports. They take no responsibility for damages caused by their Techs.They over torqued my oil pan drain bolt. It was not discovered until this next oil change when the drain plug was pulled. Stripped out the threads in the oil pan.I went in and attempted to get them to rectify the issue. Nicely.They responded with, well it has been over 90 days since we did your serviceI took the RZR in at 25 hours it now has 56 hours.This is a 2020 RZR

I hate to give a bad review but the service I received at this place was no good. They are nice enough people and I was super excited when I bought my new Yamaha AR240. The place seemed legit. They offered me 25% off for 90 days and said they would handle all the service and parts. Sounded great. Until I signed. Ever since that moment the only word they consistently use is the word NO. They can’t honor the discount they told me they would for accessories, they can’t match any Yamaha discounts being offered, etc. Then I take it in for its first service and they charge me 5 hours of labor for an oil change and inspection and to tighten everything up. More than $250 more than my local dealer here in LA. I wanted to have a place I could take my boat for years and eventually upgrade again, but it won’t be with this dealer. Nickel and diming isn’t the way to get clients to come back or spend more money.Updated review 2021:I have recently had to have my boat back in the shop to do some warranty work and service. Brian helped me out this time and overall he has been extremely friendly, accommodating, and actually took the time to follow up with me via text and phone calls throughout the process. The total wait time was still quite long, but he made the experience much better than any of the other Yamaha certified shops have been so far. I appreciate him taking ownership of my situation and handling things in a professional way. I will definitely use them again because of this.

Very nice staff, so willing to please. So i purchased a Max X DS. Even though the aftermarket accessories are less expensive. I will purchase the majority of my accessories from Havasu Power Sports. It is always good to support the local businesses.

Somehow a rating of one went out in a review of Havasu power sports. This shop is just awesome. Their knowledge of jet skis is top shelf. Should they not have an answer they will get you the answer. They are willing to spend as much time as you need to answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable. Today is 17 August 2018. I will be picking up a boat that had a broken steering cable. I am using the shop for all my jet ski needs. I have 24 years of jet ski experience and I will not be looking to replace Havasu power sports! Travis is an A+ employee in my book. I dont what he is paid but he is worth every penny and then more.

I purchased a Can Am Spyder from Havasu Power Sports in 2015. When I tried to have it serviced, I was told they dont service them any longer. The service department was kind of rude, so I traded it the next day for a Harley.

Travis was great kept me informed step by step with my canam frame off rebuilt I will always use this place for service thank you very much guys

Dealer employess are very helpful.down side to this business is:they will not accept any other boat unless is a yamaha boat even a boat with yamaha outboard wont be accepted.i guess they do not want to deal with the overload of used crafts?

Awesome service department!My CanAm 4 seat XR3 was pulling to the right but with few hours on it and everything looking aligned I decided to take it to the dealer. Although I purchased my Can Am in Yuma then moved to Havasu, I was treated like I bought it at Havasu Motorsports. It was a challenge to determine the fault but turned out to be the steering box. All covered under warranty during their busy times as Thanksgiving is a couple of weeks away. Travis and Derek at the service desk always took my call and kept me in the loop on the progress.I had a spare tire rack put on by someone else where 2 rivets failed on the support arm. They repaired it free... From now on they get all of my business. I highly recommend this business and most importantly, their people.Steve Clapp
