Just picked up our 1986 trailer! Cerena (sales),Scot (sales) low key no pressure. They took time to understand our needs and didnt look down on us wanting an older trailer for gkid travel to augment our motorhome. On pickup it was nicely detailed out and cleaned. Lake Havasu city is a great town to visit and it certainly was fun comparing all the boat dealers in one town and yes there are many many boat dealers in this town . Many of these dealers all showed one flaw most are very jealous and very obviously envious of their top rated lake Havasu dealership . Apparently Cowboys RV Marine has set the bar very high with literally thousands of happy customers!!! The other dealers all tended to poke fun and try to slam the number one rated dealership in Lake Havasu needless to say we visited Cowboys RV Marine and found out why everyone is so jealous. Cowboys does it all right, friendly sales tremendous service, friendly parts department and obviously a warm and wonderful environment to purchase a new or used vehicle . we found a five year old unit and bought with confidence it’s been three months and we know we made a great decision congratulations to Sherman and the team at Cowboys RV Marine!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Wanted to look at 5th wheels that are.locked...high crime area... The guy that answered the phone said oh we just had a big sale and dont have anyone to show you so we waited no one came out so we called again and again same answer and he was rude...we will take our business elsewhere...jusy a note probably shouldnt have gone there our friends bought theirs at cowboy rv and it had so many problems

From the minute we called they responded and took care of our leaking propane on our RV. Mike was our technician and he found the problem immediately returned to the shop for the parts and we were back in business with in an hour. He tested everything and we cannot say enough about the good service he provided. They filed out our warranty paperwork and the service call was a great price $60. Chris and Kyle at the office go beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and that your problem has been taken care of.We highly recommend them and the great service and prices they provide.

Great parts dept for old and new rvs

The purchasing process went very smoothly however trying to get Services done has been a nightmare for almost 5 months. When we finally picked up our motorhome straight from the service department it was not left in the condition that we dropped it off in. We had decided to not go through with one of the repairs because the deductible for the extended warranty was more than the warranty was going to pay to begin with. When we picked up the motorhome the part that was do for repair with still completely torn apart. They had at least 1 weeks notice that we would be picking up the motorhome Now we have to put it back together ourselves. Throughout the past five months its been nothing but excuse after excuse about personnel causing the lack of communication. Unfortunately this places service department is a complete joke and waste of your time. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Lifesavers! We locked ourselves out of our RV at Lake Havasu and they sent someone out. He was able to help us get into our RV. It was already 105 degrees outside! Thank you so much for helping a Veteran!

Total scam...I drove 2 hours to be told the RV I had called about was sold 5 minutes before I arrived. I was going to pay cash in full...She then told me they had others that were a little more but I could finance...I felt deflated and blamed myself for not arriving 5 minutes earlier.However,They have the same RV on there website which makes me think it was just a ploy to get us in there...to spend more. Sadly, ive learned rather quickly to tread carefully in this town.

Purchased a new 2017 Hurricane boat from Cowboys and enjoyed the experience. Sherman was a pleasure to work with during the selection of colors and interior design he made the process very fun. Bill worked with us for financing and documents he was always smiling and making sure all questions were answered. I want to give a shout out to Trevor in the service department. Trevor took allot of time discussing the different engine options for this boat and I am very happy with his selection. Boat runs 5400 rpm and 59 miles an hour. That is a mighty fast deck boat. Thank you team at Cowboys my family will be enjoying this boat for many years.

My wife and I saw a boat on the corner of the lot that looked like one we would be interested in. Pulled in and was greeted by Jaime and her personality and honest excitement about looking at a boat was infectious! Jaime dont change you are a GEM. going over the boat John explained the boat and the Lowe company and benefits and John was very informative and very helpful. The boat ended up being the one for us. So through this purchase we met Mr. Bill finance Manager who was an absolute pleasure and worked very hard to get us down to the payment we could work with and all the right warranties. Then we met Matt who is a wealth of knowledge about boats and boating took us on our maiden voyage and just helped us around the boat and what and how to care and operate the boat. Jamie went with us and She is just fun!! This entire experience was really can be described in a few words. Cowboy RV genuinely just cared about what we wanted and how can we get you want you want. We were in the market for our 1st boat and stopped in at Cowboys. Everyone there was extremely helpful and we received an excellent deal on our boat. Anytime we need something fixed or added the sales department provides excellent, quick and discounted service. I have no complaints on their non harassing and non pushy sales approach, no pressure! Their quality of work and customer service in both the sales and service departments are outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a boat or RV as they will work with you like no other.

We just happened upon this company and decided to give them a try. Wow! is all I can say about this company and Trevor. He had just gotten his lunch when we came in but instead of telling us he was on lunch he came right over to see how he could help us. Then he had two opportunities to take advantage of us and did not instead he fix the small issues we were having right on the spot and with in minutes! The result for us is now have a RV company we can trust and that is just priceless! We highly recommend Cowboys all of the workers were friendly and helpful to each other and and everyone was smiling. To us this means the leadership of the company is treating all of the workers right which means they treat each other right. Which means they will treat us right! We had a small travel trailer to consign, heard from half a dozen RV places who wanted to help me. The persistence of Sam at Cowboys won me over and they then took care of everything after I delivered it to them. And now it has been sold in less than 30 days for more than any other dealer offered me. Thanks again to the guys and gals as Cowboys making what could have been difficult painless and seamless.

We had a mishap backing into an RV site in Parker AZ recently and got stuck! Really stuck. The pull-out resulted in a broken windshield and underlying damage to the front cap on our 2005 Holiday Rambler Navigator. I had checked around for a local shop to do the repairs and was referred to Cowboys RV Mart in Lake Havasu AZ by a friend. We made the arrangements and dropped our coach off in the capable hands of Trevor, the Service Mgr. at Cowboys. 8 days later we picked up our coach and couldnt be happier. Besides the damage repairs, we had a new fridge put in and they even put new trim around the fridge with stain to match our cabinets. Trevor took all, and I do mean all, of the hassles with the insurance company over and I didnt have to do a thing. The crew at Cowboys RV did a wonderful job and treated us like we were family. 1/19/2020I listed my rv for sale in an rv magazine and got a call from Cowboy RV offering to sell my rv on consignment. Unlike dealers I had spoken to Cowboy offered me almost $8000 more than other dealers and seemed upfront and credible. I decided to give them a shot and drove from Palm Springs to deliver my RV. Within 2 wks they had an offer and one week later it was sold and my check was sent to me. I dont think it could have been any easier. Once I dropped off the rv they handed me a check for $500 and said that was mine irregardless if it sold or not. I think that says a lot. I would certainly deal with Cowboy RV if I were in the market or wanted to consign my boat or rv. I found them easy to deal with

They have treated me fine until they let Trevor go. He was cowboys service. Service has dropped to a very low level. Shame on you Cowboys

Our unit was under warranty - we went from Nov. until March with no hot water as they kept putting us off. When they finally came I mentioned it had been a long wait and the guy replied that they were doing us a favour!The year before it seemed they were good with some repairs to the Aqua Hot system but the pump (which they replaced twice) failed again, but it was a bad wire connection, not a pump all along!They also managed to totally screw up our leveling system as it seemed to be leaking over time. - they replaced a valve and then adjusted it so that the air dump no longer worked. Had to go to someone different to get that fixed.Basically, we got absolute terrible service from this place!

We just had to pick up our Motor home in Lake Havasu AZ, it was in storage and we wanted to bring back home to Northern Canada. When we arrived on Oct 17, we found the motorhome had dead batteries and we had no way of boosting them. Due to having good service from cowboys on previous trips, my spouse went to the Cowboys office to see if they could help us. They sent one of their mechanics over with my spouse right away and squeezed himself into the small space in cramped storage room to get to batteries. He never once complained, helped with having to buy new batteries and replacing them, make 3-4 trips back and forth to complete and start engine along with a second employee. When I went to office to make it right and pay for all the extra service we received. They just thank us for using them. I must say, service like this, I know we will recommend them to the number of friends we have (snowbird) that visit there and people we have met. Thanks again for everything

Worst customer service on earth. Been trying for over a month to order a Lowe boat from them since they are the only authorized dealer I found near me. I left my number with them multiple times. Even talk to someone on 3 occasions and they took my number and was supposed to call me back to finish my inquiry and never got a call back. I called Lowe boat multiple times left messages still no one called me back. Even though they had the boat I wanted I have to go with a different company. Glad I got this treatment in the beginning so I didn’t have poor service during routine maintenance year after year.

Shoppers Beware!! Don’t be coerced into giving out your phone number to these Cowboys. That is if you DO NOT want to be harassed forever. I received two calls a week, for months, until I couldn’t stand the pressure anymore. Jeff and Sam would call and leave voicemail, begging me to return their calls or come on in to see their latest inventory. I asked them to stop calling … put my name and phone number on the “DO NOT CALL LIST” … spoke with the office manager, that assured me that he would take care of this issue. Then the calls started again. By this time I had an app that blocked the call, but allowed them to leave long annoying messages. I have tried everything, short of suing them in court. Even the owner, Sherman Henderson, treated me as if I didn’t have a brain in my head. He asked me for information pertaining to our visit to their lot … what kind of purchase were we looking for, was it an RV – Boat –Truck … What type of RV. Are you kidding me?!? These Jokers are the worst. If I can’t get them to quit calling and harassing me, how could I trust them to keep their word on a purchase?

The parts personnel are great and should get a raise.

We were here for a 2 week spell, had a couple of things that needed fixed in our Class A motorhome. Was told by a family member Cowboys was one of the better places. Went in and spoke to Trevor on Tuesday he sent to mobile tech (Derreck) out on Thursday checked out the problems then. He returned the following Friday and fixed everything quickly and properly. Derreck was awesome, knew his job well. Would certainly recommend this business.

The worst service the worst manners the biggest lyers. Dont trust bill. Dont purchase before you see it. Dont trust these inhumane people. I had two flats the first weekend. Now the electrical is not working. It feels like they knew is was going to have lots of problems. Now they wont even return my calls.

I heard an ad on the radio saying they needed more consignments to fill the lot so I called and talked to someone about putting my boat there. They said they would call me back and go from there. Months later I havent heard anything, but I sold my boat myself the next week. But typical Havasu, dont return a phone call. Terrible business model. Wont be going there for my RV or boat now.

I Brought my RV there to have it serviced, I did not negotiate a deal because when you bring you Vech or motor home to have it serviced there is a set rate that they charge. I have a 8.3 Cummins eng & a 7.5 KW onan gen, I had them do a quick inspection & lube the running gear. Also had them put a ref vent cap on the roof which time wise was ok, 3/4 hour but they charged me $38 for the cap. The day before I was going to buy it my self & put it on, it was only $24. All of that & my son looked at it & they only put in 2 screws where it takes 4. They also charged me $109.00 for my oil filter on the Cummins, Which I can buy any where for $35.00 and less. All the filter prices were inflated to near double what I have paid before.When I got the RV back to the place we were staying in Havasu, I checked my oil levels & my main eng was on the add mark & the Gen was half way down to the add mark. I called the service Mananger ( Trevor) & he drove to where I was staying & put a half gal of oil in my main eng & topped off my Gen. They also charged me top dollar for oil & used Car Quest brand oil ( $5 a qt ) in gen. This service job cost me $902.00.You can make up your own mind about the place, but you better ask alot of questions before they start on your RV. I feel they saw me coming, A out of towner coming thru & raped me. I will not be using them again... Screw me once, shame on you, Screw me twice shame on me.This took place on June 18 2013

We knew this was going to be bad right for the start! As soon as I walked in a guy sitting behind a desk in an office looked up at me and kept on writing what he was writing, not acknowledging my presence at all. I stood there for about 30 seconds before he came out and said Yes? There was no, Hi, how are you, can I help you? Just Yes? Like I was bothering him or something. I told him my husband and I are in the market for an RV and he looked at me stone faced like he was expecting me to say more. He replied Ummm ok, what do you want? I said anything under $50,000. He said nothing and started looking around the office for keys. I stood there very umcomfortable as he silently looked around. Without one word he walks past me and out the door. At this point I assume that Im to follow him. I go outside and he walked towards a few of the RVs. He meets my husband outside and barely says hello. He keeps on walking, unlocks the RV and holds the door open. He doesnt offer any description, pricing, mileage, or anything. Just stands there like a mute bellhop. We look at 4 or 5 in this manner and I keep having to ask him questions about what were looking at since he clearly wasnt volunteering information. I ask him So, what is your title here since it clearly isnt sales? He replies Im the General Manager, this isnt my job, my guys are out today. Not one smile, not one helpful word, not anything! The only thing he did say without being asked was Are you all aware that between 3-7pm is the hottest time of the day in Lake Havasu? We told him no actually we didnt, we just moved here. Clearly he didnt want to be out in the heat, neither did we but we had an RV to buy. We told him we would let him know once we made our decision. Honestly, we just wanted to get out of there. As we all walked toward the car/office I said Thank you so much for your time today to which he replied Yup. My husband followed him inside to get a business card and he thanked him for his time to which the manager replied uh huh. When my husband got back in the car we both agreed that even if this dealership had the best RV in the state for the lowest price we wouldnt buy anything for that jerk. He really ruined the experience. We went across the street the next day to USA RV and took our business there. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
