Top notch! I called Brett from Alaska, told him I was looking to rent a FS trail bike and he had it ready to go when I arrived. We threw my pedals on it and I had a blast exploring SARA park for the next week! Worth every penny. Lake Havasu is lucky to have a shop, and owner, like this in the community.

Hello Today Sept 6th I drove 75 miles to show up at the time the stores hours reflected on wed site. due too their five stars.. at 8:55 am I see door open and ask if they were open.. they said no that they were closed due to a wedding that they were running late getting too. I ask if they could please just sell me a few used bike rims that I drove a long ways to be their and I have cash. sine store was really closed no lights on and they were taping a sign on their door. he said yea sure come on in he showed me his used wheels and I picked out quickly 7 different size bike front used wheels and said how much and he said 40.00 bucks. I under stand now why they have a five star review they gave me the five min. I needed to pick out used wheels for my art Ferris Wheel Bird feeders.. thank you very much I will return to thank them again when I can.. best of the best people at this bike shop thank you so much. I needed these very much. and the great price as well. David B.

I came in to get a flat tire fixed I received excellent service. I didnt have an appointment but they fixed my tire straight away also bought a new seat for my bike which they put on at the same time and they also tightened my brakes. Would definitely recommend these guys. Ill definitely be back when my bike needs a tune up. Very friendly courteous and efficient. Thanks guys.

I rented a road bike from Brett, at Cycle Therapy, for a week (08/09 - 08/16). I was on vacation in LHC, from Dallas, TX, and didnt want to take a vacation from the riding and Brett hooked me up. The bike he rented me was a Specialized and it was an awesome ride. I put several miles on it during the week, well as many as I could in the famous LHC heat! I highly recommend this bike shop!!! Ask for Brett!

Amazing service! We came here to change our tubes because of a flat that we got from mountain biking around the area and we came out more information than we expected. Brett was totally amazing and knowledgeable. I totally recommend this place for purchase and they even do rental bikes. When I am ready to make a purchase of that trek bike, I will make sure to buy it here even though I live in Texas he mentioned that they do ship as well. While spending the winter in Lake Havasu, we found many bike shops to choose from for our mountain bike needs. After checking the various shops out, we decided to give Brett at Cycle Therapy a try. We are incredibly pleased with the decision, as he has provided us with fantastic prices on accessories and phenomenal turn-around time on the projects we gave him. He even took care of the warranty work that I needed for some parts on a bike that I had not purchased from his shop. Its very refreshing to know that there are still business owners out there that care about customer service and satisfaction.

Have used Cycle Therapy on numerous occasions...my experiences have all been top notch. They do quality work and on time. I wish all bike shops were like this one.

I had some gnarly dent-action going on with the front rim on my bike. I was riding in the dark, when much to my surprise, someone put a curb in my way. I wiped out hard, but that’s another story. The next day I went to Cycle Therapy, where I was welcomed by a very helpful staff. Within about 10 minutes, my new rim was mounted and ready to ride. Thanks Cycle Therapy, keep on rockin in the free world.

Just returned from a LHC vacation where we rented bikes for several days from Cycle Therapy. Cant say enough about the high level of service. Brett took extra care and time to help us select bikes and to prep each bike for use. All of the bikes were top brands and in excellent condition. Ive dealt with many bike shops over the years and Cycle Therapy is right up there with the best. If Brett puts that much effort into serving vacationing renters, I suspect the buying experience at CT is even better.

Forgot post and seat at home (Michigan) so I went to this shop. The boys jumped on it and had me wheeling and dealing in no time. Definitely thumbs up here.

The technicians at Cycle Therapy are the kindest and have patience with people who have lots of questions, like my wife and I. They were able to make modifications to my wifes bike to accommodate her disability, all for a reasonable price.
