Chris and Michael delivered our furniture and assembled everything very fast all while being extremely courteous and kind. My wife and I are customers for life!

We bought a leather sofa today. It was the easiest furniture shopping trip ever! Our design associate, Jen Fisher, asked us what we wanted in terms of size, color, material, and features. She then led us to sofas with the requested features. After sitting on a few sofas, we chose the one that fit us best. We cant wait for it to be delivered!

The furniture they had to offer was not only beautiful, well made, but also priced very reasonably. They immediately sent someone out and within a week told us they would fix it. They picked it up and delivered it back within two days and covered the repair cost which they did not need to do. I had the best customer service experience! I bought my leather sectional over 6 months ago for a remodel and when I went to put it together, the corner piece was missing the connectors. I contacted Micheal Alan immediately and I told them about the problem. They sent someone out the next morning & he installed the connectors for me. He even helped me arrange the furniture and connected the pieces for me. I really felt like they went above and beyond!!! I will definitely shop there again. After meeting both Kelley and Jill and describing the different pieces of furniture that I was looking for, they showed me what was available and fabric swatches to choose from. They both had a very genuine and friendly, no pressure approach that I appreciated. Both returned my phone calls promptly. The delivery service went smoothly and the gentlemen were very courteous and conscientious in their handling of the furniture as they navigated up two flights of narrow stairs and through the front door. In short, this morning I received a homev interior design consultation from Jennifer and Bella from Michael Allan furniture to convert my home design for vacation home rental. I purchased an electric love seat recliner. Im very picking about the filling because it needs to be firm and stay that way for longer than a year.We purchased one with a console and the console went flat within a couple of weeks. Michael Alan immediately came to my home and replaced the consoleWith a much more dense and firmly stuffed console cover. Couldnt be happier! Also, everyone there is vey nice and helpful!

Really poor customer service experience. Usually dont leave reviews but we were charged an extra $100 for delivery that was not made because we were picking up. Liked the furniture and was told that it was on sale AND a no tax holiday. Arrived for pickup and was still taxed AND not given the sale price of $1200. $1500 for something pretty that we now just look at with contempt. Sales lady was more intent on chatting with friends than refunding the $100 for delivery. Its unfortunate because we like to support local businesses but this was unacceptable.
