All in all, I think this is one of the dirtiest Sephora I have ever been in. No one there seemed to really care about helping you, they just wanted to follow you around and stare at you.Get busy clean some stuff makes stuff appealing. No one who works there knows what the ingredients are in any product or has any desire to even understand what the ingredients are. Any moment they have extra, they just spend stand around talking to each other chit chatting when they should be looking at their products and trying to understand what these products are about and what the ingredients are.If you know what you want, and you can just go in and buy it, thats the best thing, because if youre gonna ask any of these ladies who work here, whats really going on with these products they have no idea. Lisa, Wendy & Phyllis always make me feel like I have my own beauty crew when I arrive curating the latest & greatest beauty finds! As someone who worked in personal shopping for years, there are few fewer feelings I enjoy more than walking into a store and having products I know I’ll love shown to me, instead of wasting time browsing aimlessly (unless I’m in the mood like when the holiday palettes come in or something) at product that isn’t for me. Support your local beauty gurus and swing on by for a sample, I promise you won’t regret a little beauty sess with these gals! 💖
Overall, love Sephora...however, my request to this particular store...please keep track of when your samples expire. I reached that point level to get free samples. A month later, I finally got around to trying the Ultra Repair Cream that I picked out and it was expired 😩
I wish I could rate it zero stars honestly. I love makeup a lot but attitude ruins it for me. One of the workers made fun of me for asking if the shade she tested on me was the lightest shade. She was being very rude and gossiping in the store while I was still in the store. Never going back there to spend my hard-earned money on mean people.
Robots should man this place. They are better with customer service and wont turn their back at you. They are programmed to AUTOMATICALLY sense that there is a human being in the store so they come forward to serve your needs-not gather in threes, ignore you and have a chit chat. Experience b/w 2005-2010.
I shop here frequently and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. If I need a product they dont have they always offer to order it for me.

The staff is so amazing. They are friendly and make sure to help you with anything you need. I really enjoy going there and talking with Janine and Beu. They represent the company so well. Also a side note the store smells soooooooooo good. Hard to tell what your smelling though.
The ladies remember my daughter and I when we walk in. They are helpful and kind and quick to give out samples of perfume (when asked😊.)
This is a small version of Sephora, its tucked inside the JC Penny and the staff is helpful.
