These guys were great! We were on vacation and we discovered a slow leak in one of our tires the morning that we needed to leave. I called around to find the closest place that could help me. This was the second place that I called. They told me to come on in and well get you taken care of. Once they got to my tire, it only took a few minutes for the guy to fix it and put it back on. To top it off, the guy who fixed it told me I was good to go and refused to let me pay for it! It did my heart so much good to have that experience. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

I realized I had a tire issue on my RV, and called this shop as they were closing for the day. They agreed to squeeze me the next day, at opening. We showed up in my 37’ Class A RV with tow. My inside duals needed urgent service. They jumped on it immediately, as promised. They were professional, urgent, and thorough. Upon completing the service, as a courtesy they checked all tires. We were back on the road within the hour. This shop completely exceeded my expectations!

These guys know what they are doing, do it well, and make it quick. My son is autistic, and I was going to drop the car off to fix the hole in my tires, but they got the entire process done in less than 20 minutes. And, if you have your kid you take everywhere, their lobby is great. There’s a table and chairs and then chairs backed up against a long big window where my son enjoyed watching the mechanics work on the cars.The lobby also has coffee, water, and a soda vending machine.I will definitely come back next time something is wrong with my vehicle!!Great experience all around.

My alignment check came out fine, they could have easily ripped me off.

Called for an appointment for an oil change. I got an appointment the day I wanted. Got there and they where courteous and prompt. The technician got on the job right away and was very diligent about doing the job. He then inspected the rest of the motor for problems. Unfortunately they found my jeep has a radiator leak. They gave me an estimate with no pressure. The price was reasonable and I have set up to get the radiator fixed. I felt very comfortable at their shop and happy with the work that was preformed.

They offer next day appointment ...courteous and professional and we only had to wait for 45 min...

I brought them a tire for repair and it was deemed unfixable. The associate there had 2 options for me. A new tire for $180 or he just happened to have a used tire to fit for about $70. I opted for the used tire and could not be happier. The tire was a Bridgestone and it looked brand new. It even had all the little nubs that new tires have. The used tire he sold me is far better than the other 3 tires. Nice! Thanks a bunch!

I’ve been a customer of tire Pros for quite awhile now. They never cease to satisfy. They did a wheel bearing maintenance job, with new seals. They always do great work. Also, fixed a tire with a nail in it.Five Star.

I highly recommend Haralson to anyone in the Havasu area. I was able to request an appointment online and get in for an oil change within 2 days. Everyone was very nice and professional and even laughed at my corny jokes (which is always great haha). I was in and out within 30 minutes.

I checked my whole city for price and Haralson had the best price. Made an appointment and needed my work done ASAP and they got the work done a head of schedule. All the guys there are friendly and super helpful with all my questions and needs. This was my third set of tires that I bought from them and Im about 100% sure Ill be back. I tell everyone that asks about Haralson Tire and also sent my daughter there for tires. Its just my opinion but I dont get the big corporation vibe there, which I like.

The prices were more than reasonable considering that they were low profile 20’s and no place in town seemed to either have them or even bother to try and get me going on a good set of tires because of the professional attitude and definitely the price I’m going to this place for all my business and I strongly recommend you should too. The employee who helped me was very efficient and professional! All I needed was a tire mounted and balanced on a rim I brought in. It was done within 10 to 15 minutes! I stopped at 3 other tire shops first and none could mount the tire for different reasons. Next time I need tires or anything tire related, Im definitely going back to Haralson Tire Pros!

Went to Haralson’s for brake and tire needs. Ended up needing a lot of work that wasn’t expected to an older second vehicle that I never drive. Spending a bunch of money on a second car wasn’t what I had in mind or wanted to do. But Jon’s customer service was fantastic. He explained what was needed, what wasn’t as important to repair immediately and helped me with a great deal on some new tires.

Waiting room was cool, had water, chairs. They completely fixed the front brakes on our rv in a shorter time than we thought they would! Very polite, pleasant, nice folks there!

Very transparent and very professional. Though they took an extra day to finish my truck, it was only because when reassembling it after the original repairs they found another issue. They called me and asked me if I wanted them to repair it before they started on it and they did not charge any extra labor from my original quote.

I took my dually in to have the tires rotated.I found the business to be very clean.The staff was very friendly and helpful.My rotation and balance is 100 percent covered by tire pros warranty. Yet I was told at the end of the service I was to pay a 60 doller fee due to the fact I have a dually truck and the rotation is labor intensive.I informed the shop that I had no intention of paying there extortion due to the fact I have a 100 percent warranty from tire pros that covers rotation and balance for the life of my tires. They opted to cancel the charge.Id give them a 90 percent rating due to the cleanliness of the shop, the efficiency of the work performed and the helpfully and pleasant staff.Beware of the scam of trying to be charged for warranty work

I recently bought some new rims for my 2013 F150. I needed tires so I want to haralson Tire Pros in Lake Havasu. I purchase new tires to put on the new rims that I bought. I began having problems with the truck shaking in the front and with no hesitation I brought it back they rebalanced everything. After that I was still continuing to have problems with the front and shaking. Bottom line they got me new tires for the truck and now there was no shaking or anything. I made an appointment for 1130 am to have a new aftermarket part installed on my vehicle. I took a partial day off work for this scheduled repair and it must have sat for several hours before anyone looked at the vehicle. I brought the part to this business with the manufacturer installation guide. I was notified later in the day they would need the vehicle for another day because they didn’t have enough time to complete the installation. I declined installation at this time as this vehicle is my only transportation. I was also made aware of complications to this install because modifications needed to be made to install this gear box. The instructions I left with the part were laying in the same place I put them which means they were never read by this shop.I also notified the shop it comes with install directions. Had the shop and mechanic read these instructions, the complications they told me about were directly addressed in the aftermarket install guide. I will not be back to have this service complete, it’s obvious they were not familiar with the repair needing to be done.

I have a 2004 Explorer limited that I bought new and we still LOVE carWe are picky who works on it. This a test for us. I also do trans service yearly. Bought tires here. They were 25% less than everyone in the area for the same tires. They made it simple and smooth. Came back in the area a month later for the lake and could not find anywhere to fill up our innertube to pull behind our boat. RV tire repair and replacement! $21 for a valve stem is a little pricey but, I did buy a quality tire so it balanced out.I would recommend Interstate Battery System around the corner gets 5 stars!
