Got in a defective alternator and I understand nothing is perfect. Had to order another one because I had to get the truck to a show. Then had to pay shipping back for the first one also. So I had to pay shipping 3 times for a alternator. All they do is drop ship them from quality alternator in CA so if there is a issue its hard because you are dealing with 2 companies. They told me they wouldnt cover shipping on the return because the pulley was broken when they got it back from shipping. I dont see how that is even possible. And I just think Wes was rude with me.

Great selection of parts, knowledgeable/helpful staff. Speedy replies to questions. Shipping is a little on the slow side but thats just the way it goes these days. Not always something they can control.

Id like to note that I have bought from lce before and my prior experience was fine but this one was a nightmare. I ordered my parts on 3/08/21 and was never called to be informed that some of the parts I ordered were not in stock contrary to the website information (which by the way as of 3/24/21 still shows these same items in stock). After calling them myself and figuring out a solution I didnt hear from lce for 4 or so business days letting me know they had indeed shipped my parts. I did find out they had shipped via MY UPS. After the arrival of my parts I was called and informed another person living in my area had received my rod bearings but he was willing to bring them to me. After receiving the bearings from the individual I realized that the bearings I had been given were not for the right application and were also an undersized crank. I reached out to the individual that brought me the bearings and double checked that he hadnt made a mistake. I also requested photos of his bearings as proof. During this time I also notice I hadnt received my balance shaft delete kit or headbolts. These items never left lce because they were waiting on my rod bearings. I called lce and explained what had happened and was told that they could not find the original bearings that I requested. They said they couldnt get the clevite bearings and wasnt sure when they could. I sourced my own clevite bearings within the day and requested a refund on their end. During all of this time I asked for them to choose faster shipping options to make up for the constant delays in receiving my parts and they werent of much help and just kinda brushed it off. I dont plan on doing business with lce again due to this. I would like to thank Bryan at lce customer service for atleast sticking with me and being somewhat accountable.

I love your parts top notch and your about the only people left selling really good Toyota engine parts.3 starts is because your order processing and shipping is from the stone age.I ordered a single part Monday, you printed the shipping label today, 4 days and its still not even at the post office. You guys need to fix this your losing business because of it

I cant thank them enough for the extraordinary customer service other companys should call this place and take notes..... I received a damaged head gasket that was shippings fault not theirs and they wasted no time getting me my gasket since thats all that was stoping me from starting to reassemble my 4Runner thanks again you are a fantastic company and I cant wait for people to ask me if I could recommend a place to get Toyota parts because it will be this one.....

Recently I called in to discuss some modifications to my old Toyota rock crawler. Tony was super helpful. He walked me through all of the supplies I would need. He was friendly and saved me a lot of headache. Ive ordered from them several times online. The products are always top notch. If you have questions about it, you can call them and they are extremely helpful. Fantastic place to get your toyota running like a top. I bought the pro rebuild kit. LC engineering tech line is by far better than anybody that Ive ever bought parts from. These guys know what theyre talking about. They actually saved me money before I ordered extra stuff that I did not need. When was the last time you ever heard of a company doing that. There tech line is the best. Yes the photo is my 22r.

Made an order for throttle body gasket and under the additional comments i wrote for them to send me the gasket displayed on picture because i had issue elsewhere, and representative under the name of tony emailed me with a picture and information of what i would expect. Went to their shop today in person and was taken on a tour of the facility by Tony. I could not be more happy with him and the time he took to show me around. LC Engineering should and always will be in business because they are the Grand Masters of Toyota performance and maintenance parts and customer service that is bar none. Horrible Customer Service!If you need anything they sell find it somewhere else. If you need help dont ask any of their techs. They dont actually want to help anyone and dont give you the time of day. By far the worst customer service I have experienced. I will definitely NOT be purchasing anything from this company.

Excellent customer service, products and fast shipping! These guys have the highest quality Toyota parts and anything you could imagine for your 22R.

After ordering their upgraded distributor cap and ignition system for my 1992 22re Toyota Pickup, I have had nothing but pure issues out of it. This pickup was on a fresh engine, and had been completely rebuilt from the ground up. I was told by a representative that their upgraded ignition product was the only way to go, and I wouldnt find a better system to deliver better power to my engine. The truck ran very poorly after everything was installed, so poorly that it stayed parked until we had plenty of time to start a diagnosis. Countless hours into the diagnosis, and many phone calls later; We traced all of the issues back to the ignition system that LCEngineering sold to us. We put the truck back to factory ignition and distributer cap, and it has ran perfectly since. I recently contacted LCEngineering about the failed product, and asked them to work with me on this (not for a full refund). The representative was non-accommodating and was unwilling to help. Very unprofessional, and very poor products. I do not recommend dealing with this company, as there are many other companies that will serve you better.
