The management is so rude and I can see that they allow their employees to be the same way. I stopped coming in because of it, but I thought Id give them another chance this morning since this town is the complete opposite. However, It just solidified why I dont like this store or this company. I will be looking elsewhere for parts, even if it has to be ordered online for everything.

Is courteous patient knowledgeable but they got the wrong part Ill still will recommended them.

Excellent service. Stephen was extremely helpful and offered tip to complete the job we were doing. We will try to use this store anytime we need parts when we are in the area. Only problem for us, we were in a large motorhome and couldnt fit in the parking lot but we parked down the street and walked there....Problem solved. We will still return.

Very condescending staff. My immediate family member is an owner of a car dealership, and texted me the information I needed to check out using their business account.Once I gave the women the information and told her I was going to pay in cash, please do not charge the account. The woman who checked me out asked for my drivers license number so she could put it on the police report. I asked what police report? As I had proof in text messages that I was given permission from my family member to use the account, I wasnt aware I was doing anything illegal by paying cash but using the dealer discount.She said that if I get fired from the business the owner can call the police on me, I kindly explained to her again the account holder was my immediate family member and I was not an employee. So there was no chance of me being fired. She refused to listen to me and I provided her my license and she called over her boss and he encouraged her behavior.My family member does tons of business with their home store. I gladly would have provided the number if they were to ask and told them the name of the store managers they could of verified this with, instead they were to concerned about filing a police report about me purchasing less than $25 of items.What a way to push away customers.

I get most of my car parts here. Friendly staff and very helpful, they will come and test your battery for you and put it in. If your car lights on they will diagnose it and let you know what it is. If you spend a certain amount of money in a certain amount of time you get money off your next purchase. Very clean for an automotive parts store.

Shawns a ROCKSTAR! He is the only one here that actually got me signed up for the Autozone Rewards and explained it a bit. Really an awesome man.

I bought a gas cap yesterday that I did not think was the same as my original. I went back this morning and as I walked in there was a man at a register, didnt acknowledge me and let me walk way past him to then say can I help you. So i walked back and asked if the gas caps were the same. He said yes. I said it isnt right, can you check to see if I got the right cap and he shook his head and wouldnt check. Last time I get any parts there.

I went in there today and they were excellent I got all the help I needed really fast really polite everything you need anymore love you guys thanks for everything again

Ive been a member of AutoZone rewards for quite some time now.. its nice because you get instant rewards when you spend $20/or more..you just use your card at your next visit.. doesnt come in the mail..they also notify me about sales and special promotions..by email on my phone.. very nice staff..in lake Havasu City and at all the Autozones Ive visited.. always helpful and pleasant...great prices and convenient locations..

Helpful employees. They loaned me a code reader. Then they gave me a printout of the results. It made solving the problem with my four wheeled computer possible.

Really excited about getting my K&N recharge kit for the cabin filter. I checked to see if their competitor had this product and they actually told me to use the air filter oil and the standard cleaning kit for the air filter for your cabin filter. I told them I know theres a specific kit that wont do! The guy who helped me had no idea. Thank you for having nice friendly customer service and employees who knew their product.

I will be taking my business to oreillys from now on. I came in to return window tint. Gila window tint is all static cling to or so i thought. Turns out thats not the case. I got the wrong one so I went to return it for the static cling version. I was told its been used I cant return it. So what do I do? I was told Go home and use the rest, In front of everyone.

I dont remember the last time I had such exceptional customer service, or saw such outright human kindness. My elderly mother purchased an autozone battery though she had no receipt or recollection of where the batter came from. I was fully expecting to simply buy a new battery but the manager replaced it no questions asked. They made a lifelong customer out of me for their generosity and friendly service that is so rare these days.

I have been shopping at this store for whatever my automobile at the time needed. I will never forget when my dad and restored a 1960 step side chevy. We about purchased everything except the rims, tires, and paint. You are defiantly a one stop for automobiles of every size and shape. I Love the no hassle return policy. Thank You!!

The selection of car parts & tools looks huge, but its pretty generic. They might sell fuses(maxi-blade), but dont sell the fuse holder for them. No specialty items, just basic stuff. But, most of the time I find what Im looking for.

Great service and selection. They will let you borrow their tools to replace a part yourself in the parking lot, which saves you money. I havent yet needed a part that they didnt have in stock. Checked my car battery charge for free and recycled the dead one. Gave good suggestions and provided warranty for new battery.

Went in to get power steering fluid for a friend whos not very mechanically inclined product was easy to find

Came in with a problem concerning a red battery light on dash. Walked in, store was reasonably slow. Went up to counter where a store associate was cleaning glue off a can. Looked up at me, murmured something and went back to his important task of cleaning glue. Within one minute he was out the door assisting someone with what I perceived a similar problem. I was told he is the one who goes outside of the store to check on vehicles. Did not feel comfortable with his overall attitude. Did get help eventually. The 2-3 store employees that I dealt with were NOT customerattentive. I am From Southern California where Auto Zone has an excellent reputation. Neverencountered this work ethic there.

Good for parts for cars and even some small things for motorcycles too, like fuel filters. They will check any problem code on your car for free should you have a light going off on your dash. Handy if you can maintain your own car or just tell a mechanic ahead of time.

Sales associate was pointed out to me by another employee as the one who specifically could help me find the item I needed. I got in line. She saw me in line, waiting patiently, and immediately, loudly, and rudely ordered me out of her line, because shes taking money here. There was one person ahead of me, that she was serving, and nobody behind me. I had never said a word to her until she called me out, and then all I said was I was told to come talk to you. It was a stunning degree of rudeness that was unprompted and I will not be shopping there again. Neither should you. Can I give zero stars?

I did not have a good experience today. I bought a battery for my car and asked if they could put it in for me and they wouldnt. I was recommended to go to Brake Masters to have it put in. I went to Brake Masters and they put it in for me. Then, I had to go back to Auto Zone to get my core charge back. Terrible!

Its okay but if it doesnt tell them what you need on the computer they wont help you they cant figure out things by themselves without a computer. Its like the kids at the fast food restaurant that dont know how to count change without the cash register telling him the amount change.
