The entire experience was easy and really pleasant. Our salesman Frank was very nice, asked our preference and then pointed out mattresses that suited those preferences. He made suggestions regarding mattress protecters and explained why he was recommending them. We selected the mattress and did the paperwork and set up delivery. All in all a positive experience.

Frank was an attentive salesman. He helped me purchase the perfect mattress and accessories (mattress cover and pillows). I had the best nights sleep on my new mattress. Overall a great experience! The delivery was also as promised and met my expectations.

I’m going through a difficult time, but Gil was super patient with me and took care to iron out the different details of each mattress I tried to make sure I found the exact one that was just right for me— all while trying to make me laugh, which I appreciated. I was the only customer in there, and upon going in the store was greeted by the one employee working. I told her I was looking for a mattress to bring to college and didn’t know too much about the different mattresses as I had never purchased one before. After about 5 minutes of showing us around, I asked her if I would be able to purchase all the mattresses seen in store online. Her demeanor completely changed and she looked at me and says “I don’t know why you would purchase online when I’m here right now with you spending time with you.” She then marched away, walked up the stairs and says, “Do whatever you want! They also are not discounted online. But sure, you can buy them online!” I could not believe how rude she was and how quickly she changed up her attitude. I will not be purchasing here again.

Jim was very very knowledgeable and helpful, he knows his stuff. I spent a good part of 2 Days trying out different mattresses and he was extremely patience and helpful . He wasn’t just trying to sell me one mattress over another . I have 2 pinched nerves and herniated disc . He took his time with me . I ended up getting credit approved and got a Sealy Hybrid Silver Chill Firm. I also go mattress firm adjustable base head foot and massage. It’s being delivered in 2 week very excited.

Ordered a mattress with Gil on 11/15/20. Thought it was a perfect transaction and he seemed like a nice guy. Walked in, said what we needed, wasn’t fussy. He lead us to a good choice and said it would be in within 10 days. We told him it was absolutely necessary to have it in time for Christmas and he said he would make sure we had something. Store never once called to update. We had to keep calling to only get pushed back another week a couple weeks in a row. Finally after 4 weeks they said they couldn’t get it in time but for additional money we could get the next one up in price ......and would give no discount. We had no choice but to pay because at that point we were on a time crunch. Felt we were ripped off.

Frank at the Lake Grove store was great. Seemed very knowledgeable and eager to help. He knew off-hand of a thin mattress that would work with our needs and located one in the computer system in Rocky Point and gave us a great deal. However, the system was wrong. Rocky Point couldn’t locate the mattress and had to get a refund. At the end of the day, I spent 1 hour of driving and still ended up empty handed.

I originally went into the mattress firm not too sure of what matters I was interested in. I was a little lost but then that’s when I met Frank. Frank is an extremely kind, caring, and respectful sale associate and really knows what he is doing. I have troubles him with plenty of questions and concerns and there is not one thing he hasn’t been able to assist me with. He is very capable and his work ethic is astonishing considering every time I go to speak to him he is helping at least one to two other people as well.
