Andrew was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained to us everything in details about the breathing machine. He even delivered it himself to my house. To be honest I didn’t know who to call and searching online was overwhelming. My husband was in the hospital going on day 12 and when my husband sent me 3 different companies I prayed over which one to call. The one that stood out was O2 Assist. I didn’t think I would get anywhere. But with talking with Andrew … he was very informative of what my husband would need upon discharge. I proceeded with purchasing a refurbished certified machine. Upon receiving the machine I had questions about certain parts and findings on our oxygen concentrator and Andrew again was extremely helpful. Every question he had guidance for me. I had nothing but problems trying to get a portable oxygen concentrator directly from the company. Their customer service was absolutely horrible and gave up after 2 weeks. I decided to look elsewhere and called 02 Assist. Andrew answered and was immediately helpful with the purchase. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews I read. Andrew put my concerns at ease and he personally delivered the oxygenator himself in person. Thank you for such awesome service! Andrew literally went the extra mile.

Dealing with O2 Assist was a pleasure. I called them at about 9am in the morning and my new concentrator was delivered today at about noon. I have used a concentrator for sleep apnea for years and I recently purchased a refurbished Philips Respironics Everflo Q for $495 from a company on craigslist in OC (951 area code). Looking back on that listing they dont even publish their company name but they do have photos of a bunch of units in a warehouse. The refurbished unit started making strange noises about 2 weeks after I bought it. I have made numerous calls to the place I bought it from and they swore they would exchange it and then just did nothing. I even ran the unit with cell phone near it so they could hear the noise and they agreed it needed to be exchanged. This lack of response has gone on for over 2 months. Beware of any company that asks for payment in cash!Andrew from O2 Assist delivered my new concentrator (new in a manufacturers box with no hours) for less than $1,000, set it up and ran it so we could hear it and even looked at the old refurbished unit. He said the unit had a bad compressor and could not have been refurbished as indicated. As for the advertised warranty, its not worth the paper its printed on. Fool me once.I whole heartedly recommend O2 Assist in San Clemente for anyone looking for an oxygen concentrator fast, professional and courteous service. They also service and repair concentrators.

Andrew @ O2 Assist is in my opinion the best in the business when it comes to needing advise, assistance and guidance when chosing the right POC for travel or even a home concentrator.

If I could give less than a star I would please please please do not do business with this company. Run anywhere other than here. Nothing but excuses and run around with Andrew, over a month and a half and no machine a loaner that never worked. I understand that people are human. But communication goes a very long way when you are trying to purchase things. No accountability on the side of the business or the business operation. He claims to have a military contract as well but that needs to change if he does. I would not want this kind of customer service provided to our men who served.If you want to have money tied up and get many excuses do business with Andrew. If not go somewhere else.

Visiting San Clemente from NM and had an Oxygen Concentrator failure.Andrew at 02 assist took immediate care of my problem even though it was a weekend situation.Service and care could not have been better. Highly recommended. Im really grateful for his help!!

We needed a couple of 10L concentrators. We had no problem getting Andrew on the phone. He took the payment on the phone and kept us updated about the status of our order. He delivered the two OCs to our house himself. He will be my stop in case I need concentrators again. Thanks Andrew.

Very disappointed by the service I have received. Andrew is very nice when you are interested in dropping $2,000.00 + on equipment but when the equipment doesn’t properly perform he turns into a different person. I would definitely not recommend this company or their products to anyone. This has been a nightmare on top of another nightmare dealing with someone that’s ill that desperately needs oxygen. Be aware of these scammers!!! This place is a big scam. The machine never worked, won’t even help with an exchange or return. Do not waste your time or money.
