They are bright and seem very Sturdy. They are thicker than other whips.But.....I bought a pair of whips. One stopped working second season.Sent it back and it stopped working again after a few months.Bought 2 more and one of those the polycarbonate tube came out of the base while duning so Needless to say its gone.Basically 800 dollars of whips and I have two that work....so far.
