I needed help with pairing my hearing aids with my new iPhone. Weeks went by and I kept putting it off, which only exacerbated my situation. I called and left my name and they returned my call, leaving me a message. I called the number they left and Jamie answered the phone. Within a few MINUTES, with Jamie’s concise and simple instructions my hearing aids were paired properly!Thank You 🙏🏼

The audiologist was terrific and patient. She did an outstanding job helping me a technical issue with my hearing aides.

I arrived on time and was greeted in a friendly manner. You must be John. After confirmation I filled out paperwork and was escorted to an exam room where we discussed my hearing history and then tests were conducted. Explanations along the way were informative and given in a friendly manner. All current protocols due to Civid-19 were followed.

Very nice and very helpful. I like this office a great deal. I’ll be back next year for another check-up

This organization is superb! From the VERY first moment I walked in and was so graciously greeted,, I KNEW I found the right place. I was a bit early, so had to wait a few minutes, but on my appointment time, I was called right in. Laura was my technician, and she was amazing from get go!!! She explained all my options, and was very encouraging. Once we decided what the best option was for me, I signed up and its been great ever since. I NEVER felt rushed, or any question brused aside. Im LUCKY they are so close and hope everyone shares my same experience. I certainly recommend them!!!

Clean, professional, efficient, super helpful and best of all really friendly and attentive to my needs. Doctors and staff patiently and simply explained everything to me providing me with valuable options. After dragging my feet for over 5 months, they made my appointment painless and exciting. A life changing new chapter for me. Lake Forest and Glenview offices both excellent.

I had a great experience. I was greeted when I entered the office and had no wait to see the doctor. The doctor took time to explain the tests being performed. When my new hearing aids were delivered, she took the time to go over their features with me. This was a very comfortable atmosphere.

Great service. Always clean. Diana and jessica are the best.

They do a good job of accommodating needs however I went there based on an ad featuring a price and I believe bait and switch was used to get me to buy much more expensive hearing aids
