Theyre such nice people. So helpful. And have things that home Depot does not. Today was bigger rivets then Home Depot has. Ive been Ace hardware Oliver southern California and theyre just always really great. The bearded guy that helped me today was awesome. The lady that was at the register was super awesome. They make you happy to spend money. Such nice people.

I waited more than a week for the three buckets of paint, and the structure color is not correct. The room manager showed very poor attitude and threatened to call the police. I have never seen such a shameless business. I made a mistake myself. A bucket of paint of US $ 55 is a joke!

I called first to see if someone would be able to help me change the battery in my car alarm fob. Cody assisted me with changing the batteries in both fobs and showed me how to sync them to my truck. Everyone in this place is always so helpful and patient. Thanks Cody and staff at Crown Ace Lake Forest for always being so helpful.

Sadly the store is closing. What a gem that will be missed and taken from the community. Go here now and wish the delightful staff well and pick up some of their quality products.

Ok. They are going out of business, so inventory is very limited. Not very good deals as most stuff left is only stuff you would have to need to use. And is I was buying that far in the future, I could get better deals

I can shop at Ace again! A series of bad experiences many years ago made me stop using the chain but this store turned me completely around (for this location anyway). Important note they are a premium dealer for Traeger so they carry way more varieties of pellets and equipment than you will find elsewhere.

The one star is because this store is closing and will be out of business shortly. This store served the community well and it was great to avoid the Home Depots of the world.

Make sure even you get an email confirmation that yoir order is ready to call and verify apparently they have no respect for customer service wasted 2 times going there even having an email that the order is ready no products. Store manager did not help. I guess they do not need the business.

When I was a Handy man I used to go to ACE hardware to buy a lot of stuff I used to buy lot of hinges Home depot dont have your hanges I think youre the best store there is Hate to see you leave

The staff really makes this store shine. I dont know how they do it, but they seem to know where every little thing is in the store and take you right to the item. They are also one of the few hardware stores around with any type of a selection of metric taps, dies, and hardware with reasonable pricing and hours.

They are always nice and helpful, ready to help with any thing you need.

My favorite store for getting items for repairs around the house. They carry some unique stuff you cannot find anywhere else and without a doubt have the biggest selection of Hardware anywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff also

Purchased a Weber Grill from the store. The salesman agreed to deliver the grill to my home even though I was out of their 5 mile delivery. We had discussed this extensively before purchasing with the salesman. Then a week later the manager calls and says no they will not honor delivering it and we can pick it up.No wonder why Ace stores are loosing market share to competitors. I will never go to this store again. This was like bait and switch !!!

We needed a few things and are always greeted as we come in. If you need help, there is usually someone ready to answer questions or help you find what you are looking for. We are glad to have Crown Ace Hardware close to home!

A goldmine you can actually stand upright in ...for your mining comfort!My only disappointment in the last 20 years at this store. ...their distributer stopped offering my favorite front door Welcome Mat that, instead, in big friendly letters, said, GO AWAY! Have looked everywhere for it but apparently weve lost our sense of non-PC-humor, in all those years.
