Kitchen cabinets refaced. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Joseph and Julio were a pleasure to have in my home. They were on time and took great care with covering everything to prevent dust. The end result was better than I expected. I would highly recommend Reborn Cabinets.

Reborn did a redo of our guest bath including converting bath to jacuzzi tub. Workers were punctual, efficient and very nice. Very happy with the outcome. Outsourced electrician was not so good. But I dont blame that on Reborn at all.

The shower remodel in our master bathroom looks great and the workmen worked quickly and it was completed on time. We appreciate their cleanliness around the worksite and consideration for us.

They remodeled by bathroom, from a tub to a walk in shower. I am happy of the job they have done, Henry and Justin has done a very good job. My grandchildren and I are enjoying our new walk-in shower. Cleaning is easy-breezy too, as an older person cleaning the bathroom or shower is a challenge and sometimes we need to hire some cleaning ladies to do the job. With my new shower, I find it so easy to clean and maintain. I would recommend Reborn if you need some remodeling in you bathroom.

Initially I thought this was the company to go with. The sales person was great, friendly, professional and not pushy at all. I took that as a good sign of the company and decided to move forward. Fast forward 8 weeks. The job is now done with us being left to finish/pay someone else to come in and finish.I was promised/paid for two glass cabinets with lights installed, I have no lights. The inside lip of all drawer cut outs and cabinets I need to paint to match the reface. The drawer pullouts they installed are unfinished, so I had to purchase a front board and paint in to match the cabinets in order for it to look nice. The shelves they installed are unfinished, so I am putting a veneer cover on those myself and plastic edging. The crown mounding installed was smaller than what I originally had, so there is now a gap that I am paying to havr filled in. Or I may just buy mounding that does fit because heaven forbid the company I pay 15k to could have the right size. And to top it all off, they made an incorrect cut in their veneer covering and left a 1inch gash which they tried to hide by sticking it at the edge under the counter. I was promised someone would be here to fix it early this morning and.....crickets.I would give them less stars, but the kids that did the work were nice and professional...and for the most part they did good work.

We had a new shower installed it’s so nice. It was installed by Trevor C and Adrian C. Thank you guys it’s beautiful and we appreciate the direction on how to keep it clean- No harsh chemicals need to clean it🥰

Reborn did a great job of refurbishing our 2 Bathroom cabinets, plus replacing our counter tops. They laid out the schedule for demo, cabinet refurbishment, counter top install, and plumbing over the course of a few days and met their schedule. All workers were very professional. Definitely recommend!

After my husband and I signed the contract, Reborn sent Gregory B out to our house. Gregory and Narvi came in weeks later and started our kitchen. They refaced our kitchen cabinets. The workmen were courteous, professional, and tidy. The refacing looks beautiful; we are very happy with it.

Other than delays due to covid virus and permit issues, the delays pushed the project back back by over a month. Management did step in to assist us with completing the remodel as soon as possible and compensated us for the inconvenience. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend and use them again.

I just ordered a gorgeous kitchen with these wonderful people. From the start the Lake Forest showroom salesman was a gentleman who patiently answered my questions and explained what Reborn is about. He couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. I am kicking myself for forgetting his name! Celeste P., the designer assigned to my order, couldnt have been more knowledgeable. I got advice on how to coordinate some extras, tips on how to get through the actual work and help measuring for some appliances. Skip the Home Depot sales pitch. The Home Depot salesman was pushy, overpriced and tried to sell me on all the bells and whistles when he knew my limited budget. My experience with Reborn was honest, thorough, seamless, friendly, courteous, organized and professional. Our sale rep listened and teamed up WITH us based on our needs, our budget and our space. He helped us make realistic choices, but amazing all the same.Our installer Ernesto was very professional, friendly and timely. One door came damaged in transit and it was quickly made to order and replaced within a week or so. The communication from start to finish- in person, emails, phone calls, buildertrend project site, etc. was very organized and I always felt like I knew what was going on and when. The customer experience was outstanding. We only refaced the cabinets of our small footprint kitchen. If we ever decide to expand the kitchen, we will hands-down call them.

Chris Martinez addressed a problem we were having with water pressure in our shower. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and very polite and personable. He offered great advice and answered all our questions. Nice to get such superior customer service.

The quality and workmanship is great. Customer service can be challenging at times but we have had an overall great experience. After having our shower and kitchen counters and backsplash done by them we would highly recommend Reborn for renovation projects.

I needed a couple of minor repairs and the service technician Gary Stella was fantastic. Gary was thorough and fast! He then took the time to show me how to make adjustments to my cabinet doors and drawers.

We now have our kitchen makeover complete and we are thrilled with the results. Our installers were Marco and Jeremy and they were amazing. They took care to keep dust down to a minimum, and worked hard to come up with a solution for a difficult corner cabinet. Our project manager was Rick who was very responsive and helpful through the entire.process. The project went very well, if there is one area of concern it would be getting a call back from the team member you wanted to reach. Stll, I highly recommend Reborn Cabinets. We are so pleased with our cabinets and our installer Rafael and Jesus. It started out a little rough because we were not ready, having not pulled out all of our stuff from our cabinets. But we worked together on that first day to get through the confusion and from then on, it was seamless. They left our home looking new and kept the dust and construction mess to a minimum. They were respectful and nice and we totally trusted them completely. My mom who was a little skeptical and not trusting, fell in love with Rafael and asked me to make sure to let the company know how great he was. They resurfaced our pretty out of date cabinets and turned them into a completely new look.The crew, led by Mostafa Maziar, was exceptionally professional. Gary Stella did a great job installing, adjusting and correcting our cabinet doors so they clear the hinges. He is kind, considerate and accurate.

No direct answers allowed! We just wanted a simple tub and tile job done but had to sit through lengthy scripted presentation after guy took many photos and measurements. Called them later to get the quote but got another person who also followed a script and told us wed need yet another in-home design meeting to get any info on pricing or job details. At least first guy was honest and admitted they probably couldnt do exactly what we want and he didnt think theyd even give us a warranty on tub with tile work. Big waste of our time.

Reborn Cabinets did an excellent job refacing the existing cabinets in our kitchen. The installers, Arnoldo Valle and Robert Schilsmeyer, were courteous, professional, and answered any questions we had throughout the process. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and they finished the job in the timeframe that they said they would. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace or reface cabinets in their home.

This review is really for the Anaheim location, but ReviewBuzz doesnt have a record for it. More specifically, its for Mario and his installation co-workers. Mario was the lead installer on both of our refacing projects, first the kitchen in March 2017 and then the two upstairs bathrooms in August 2017. Mario is very skilled and careful, so the final results, after some minor adjustments, were excellent. While refaced cabinets, practically speaking, cannot look exactly like brand-new cabinets, we are very happy with how ours look. (We chose white thermofoil Shaker-style finishes.) They have modernized and beautified our 1992-93 condominium and made cleaning easier!I also want to give kudos to Gary S., who came a few months after the kitchen-cabinet refacing and repaired the framing to the cabinet below our sink. It was just one of those things that happens; the screw had stripped the hole for the door hardware. Gary fixed the problem completely.

We just had all 3 of our bathroom vanities updated with new countertops, sinks and faucets. We called on Reborn Cabinets to do the refacing of our existing cabinets. Dave Y. did our installation of our kitchen cabinets. He had not known that our house is built entirely out of cinder blocks and that the original cabinetry had been hand made of pine by the original homeowner, so the kitchen installation was much more difficult than anticipated. Luckily, the walls and floor were mostly square and level, but securing cabinets to cinder block wall ups the ante! We were delighted to find Dave rise to the challenge. He went above and beyond the requirements, compensating and correcting for incorrect measurements supplied to him.We lucked out in having Dave assigned to us. We highly recommend Dave and the entire Reborn Cabinets team!

Our repairman Chris Martinez was very professional and did a wonderful job.

Reborn Bath Solution workers came the first day and removed our old shower and prepared the area for install in about five hours. All debris was removed and hauled away.The second day, Rudy Z. and Saul P. worked a 11 hour day to install our Kohler Luxstone shower in one day. These Reborn workers were very professional, courteous, hard working, and diligent. They didn’t even take a lunch break. Excellent workmanship in install bath tub. Needs improvement in obtain proper permit and scheduling to install.

Our experience from design to completion of our renovation was good. The designer, Stephen Ilarsky was knowledgeable about design and the company. He heard what we wanted, added his expertise and now we have a fresh, updated kitchen. The lead carpenter, Maziar Pourfard, was fabulous! He worked diligently and was maticulous with the details. Fermin Navarro helped one afternoon and did a good job installing cabinet drawers and doors. The people that answer the customer service line, Natalie, Stephanie & Hector, were always professional and helpful.We would have rated Reborn a 5 star experience except we did have an issue communicating with the project manager. Once this was brought to the attention of a person at a higher level in the company the matter was resolved. The product is great, the warranty is exceptional and we LOVE our beautiful kitchen!

My 25 year old tile shower was a disaster! The shower pan was yellowed from years of use, and the tiles around the base were cracked. The obsolete Mixit faucet was awful to use, but just to replace it alone, would have been close to $500.00.I had estimates for reglazing, but the process is not considered long term, and I was facing the option of a tear-out & remodel for $15-$20K.While shopping at my local Sams Club, a Reborn Baths rep was at the home improvement kiosk, and asked if I needed any work done.We discussed my situation, and the rep said they could install a new shower pan, and new walls without a total tear-out. She made an appointment for the following week to have a sales rep come out for a free in-home estimate.We agreed on the work to be performed, and an installation date was set.The process took 1.5 days, and I have a beautiful new shower, with new faucet, and semi frameless shower door for much less than I expected.Everyone at Reborn Baths were 1st rate, and Im very pleased.
