Incompetent. I took my daughter to get both covid shots at this location (unfortunately the only one that had it available at the time). Staff was both rude and incompetent. What’s the point of making an appointment if we won’t be seen until they feel like it?If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Always a great stop when Im in a hurry since its not distracting and stocked pretty well.
Called this cvs 3 different times in the same day, I was trying to see if they could take my son as a walk in and 1st time I was hold for 16 minutes, 2nd time 30 minutes and the last time I called the manager and he transferred me to the pharmacy and I waited another 15 minutes! Get it together guys!
While today isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this pharmacy, it marks a record in how many times I’ve unsuccessfully attempted to contact a human being in the span of eight hours. Between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00 I called the pharmacy 10 times and was placed on hold for up to 20 minutes before either being disconnected or giving up. The reason I was calling was already a source of frustration (my doctor had sent in a prescription refill days ago and no one at the pharmacy wanted to make filling it on time a priority). So throughout the day I attempted to reach someone and hopefully coax them into doing their job, but no matter what time I called I was always immediately placed on hold until I was disconnected and I had to give up and get back to my life. My doctor had the same issue when she attempted to reach someone over another prescription on my behalf, telling me her assistant had called multiple times over the course of 48 hours without any response. If today were a fluke I wouldn’t have taken the time to write this review. But because this pharmacy seems to have a permanently disconnected phone and has been consistently tardy filling important medications on multiple occasions I want to urge anyone with a serious illness that can’t afford to leave their medications to chance to go to any of the other CVS locations in the vicinity. I’m in the process of transferring all of my medications so I never have to spend hours on hold wondering if the medications will ever be filled.
Not a bad CVS. There is an older asian woman cashier who berates her coworkers in front of customers and treats customers like they are wasting her time. They recently moved her to the pharmacy to spread the joy.
My Favorite Store ever! Be it for grocery, be it for alcohol, Pharmacy or anything.Always neat and clean and the Cashiers are great! Always welcoming, smiling and full of humor by heart.One day I was pretty grumpy and an associate senced it and asked if I needed help. They make my day.
I love the pharmacy. Option now to have your doctor send prescriptions electronically and have the pharmacy text you when ready for pick up. It was fast. They always ask if you need consultation. I always find the pharmacy tech and pharmacist very friendly. Love this location.
The line to pick up prescriptions was pretty long and they only had one pharmacist working it. She was good but it takes time. I felt they shouldve had @ least another person working there especially on the weekend.
Wouldnt stay open an extra 5 min to fill a prescription for my sick daughter, had to have it transferred to another CVS several miles away. Got to that other CVS and they informed me I had to pay full price because this CVS already collected the money from my insurance. Appreciate the great home town service this holiday weekend...
Homeless camped right outside, will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed, many like me will take their money/business elsewhere. Get your act together CVS! Put up some no loitering signs and enforce it.
Only one cashier two mschines Wasting time for help at the pharmacy section and no service. Dont go there. Even Rite Aid has better service.
Horribly understaffed pharmacy. it will be about one hour they tell me. I have been waiting for two, now! Zero sense of urgency. No reasons given. People allowed to swoop in and cut in line (whom are also agitated about waiting so long)Edit: and then I found out the price they quoted me was wrong, and was for only one of my two scrips. Hire another pharmacist. They are BADLY overloaded here. Cannot recommend.
Pharmacist Mannar is great. I love going there because she always exceeds my expectations in refilling prescriptions.
Every single person in the pharmacy is trying to help. So, at least put yourself in their shoes please. I have friend working at CVS, too. It is the company sucks, not the employees at all. And by the way, stop relying on the staff too much. Move your butt to get medication instead of waiting please. IT IS YOUR HEALTH, AND YOUR CHOICE TO MAINTAIN IT. STOP BLAMING PEOPLE. Great place to go if you need something but it is a little bit pricey.
Called for two days pharmacy didn’t pickup! Impossible to contact therefore I will not be picking up my medication here!

My daughter is special needs, so she qualifies for CCS (California Childrens Services) and many times it is extremely difficult to get her epilepsy medications covered. Phillip learned the CCS ropes just for my daughters prescriptions and Im sure in the many years since then he has helped many others. He has also taught his peers the right way to work with this insurance. I moved a few miles away from the CVS on Lake Forest and Trabuco, but I refuse to put my daughters prescriptions (her life line) in anyone elses hands because Ive had so many bad pharmacological experiences with her meds in the past. This is a person who cares deeply for every single patient. And hes not alone. The professionalism and great care that we receive for every prescription my entire family has submitted is beyond excellence!
Its my 3rd time trying to get my flu shot at this place. Interestingly, this time they told me to wait in the line for flu shot so I waited 15 min in the line and the guy got back to me saying that they ran out of it while he could say it in first place. They should not treat customers like that!
Usually ok service, but need prescription filled have called about 15 times, no one is answering. Doctor cant get a hold of them either.
Slow pharmacy is sloooooooooooow.called, they said 20 minutes, go in after 25, get told 10 more minutes.THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME.
