I grew up in lake bluff and have been going to this car wash for years. I have never had a problem. Yesterday I had a issue after my car wash. I went in and talked about it to the owner. His name is Bob. After speaking to him, he was honest and fair. He came up with a solution to make it right. He is a stand up guy. Thanks Bob.

My wife asked for a $15.00 prepay gas purchase on her Bp card. She said One Five they charged her $50.00. That amount of fuel is not going to fit into a Honda Fit! The clerk saw the vehicle and new that. My wife was in a hurry and did not notice the wrong charge until later. I have many choice words to discribe this clerk but I will leave that to your imagination.I will destroy my Bp cards.The receipt has no phone #???Duh!!!!!!!!! Can you trust these people 🤔 ??? 😐😞☹

Took my car to this BP car wash the other day for the first time. I chose the most expensive $22 option, since my car needed to be thoroughly cleaned inside. I was a bit surprised to see, that with all the coating and cleaning, it took them about four minutes to signal me, that my car was ready. When I came up and opened the door, I immediately saw that the sides of the doors were not even touched. I also could see dirt still on the floor where the rubber matt did not cover it. Also, there still was dust around the gear shift and on the dashboard. When I pointed that out to the worker, he did not take it well. He started arguing, and with attitude. He insisted,that the spots on door sides were permanent, which was an utter nonsense. I had to insist he wipes it anyway. Sure enough, it all came off. He continued to argue about the rest. At that point I was fed up with thestand off, and just drove off. Will not go back, or recommend it to anyone.

Friendly staff and they helped me out in 5 mins with an engine light indicator that BMW wouldn’t touch for a week and half!
