The store looks good however from customer service point of view i had a terrible customer service experience from trevor and sean! Trevor was very mean and unprofessional even though i was so kind and decided to buy good amount of stuff and i was more shocked when i knew that Trevor is the store manager! Will never be back here as i dont feel confortable anymore with this kind of behavior!

I bought a novo vape brand new well it wasnt it didnt come with the plastic on the out side and it was covered in scratches and came dead ive bought a ton of smok products and never once has one been dead when i buy it. It work fine for like 4 hours then started auto firing and burt my pod & juice not planing on going back again

This place is the best ever bongs to smoke fentanyl off of, that was until I discovered the healthstone. now nothing compares and Im not going to leave my house for another week, probably wont go to a1 again but I had great times there for the past few years and got to stay there God damn decent people.

I have a 1 footer bong that I bought at up in smoke a long time ago for a 100 bucks and I went to a1 not that long ago for a smaller bong then what I have the price was way to high talking bout Ill work the price Ill drop I believe it was 5 or ten bucks the guy said Wich its better then nothing but in reality were really not working out any price whatsoever for a bong that has a ice catcher and the perk small bong at that keep in mind for the same price I got my big beaker bong ice catcher and perk as well for 100 at up in smoke theyll really work with you I recommend you guys head down their the staff always great always helpful and will really work with you on the prices when it comes to taking some meat of the bone ya feel💯🙏☝️🙌👌🏁🏁

They sometimes sell to minors and they sometimes don’t. It’s kinda annoying because I go to buy stuff and they sell to me but sometimes when I go in they won’t. And it’s just a waste of gas. If your gunna break the law at least commit to it

If your a medical marijuana patient who’s 18, 19, or 20 don’t shop here They constantly change their mind about selling to you. Very fricken annoying

Bought a puff plus from here that fired on its own nonstop and stopped working after 1 day. Most likely was a fake but threw the box out. I was basically scammed out of $20. Will never shop here again!

This shop has everything imaginable. Very clean, organized, the staff is friendly & well educated on all the products. Great deals on glass. You wouldnt think it but tobacco is about $1-2 less than some places.

Best smoke shop in Lake Forest, they manage to pack a crazy amount of stock into a tiny space. The recent remodel makes it feel very nice and modern, and there are, in my opinion, more products on the shelves here than all the other smoke shops in LF combined. Killer head shop. Best prices in the area. If you think its a little high, tell them youre a regular customer and theyll knock a little off.They have really done this place up. TVs, lighting, display cases, shelving. I wish they had chairs so I could stay longer. Ive watched them grow up over the years. From a little cigarette store, to an all inclusive head shop. Damien and his dad are super cool. If they start selling weed, this will be the top location in OC.

Purchased a piece of glassware that lasted about 3 hours before mysteriously snapping into 3 pieces. Im no glass blower but I know it shouldnt fall apart from simply being handled.Inquired about a refund, perhaps a trade for another. Totally denied because its against their policy to accept a return, so now its against my policy to ever set foot in here again.

Has a better than average selection, some items that may be unfairly priced, as well as a very sterile environment. The employee/manager whose there most of the time, is quite easily contemptuous. Especially, if you happen to be a customer who buys more than one thing/spends a striking amount of money (ironic, since one would think if an employee was going to prioritize customers, he/she would have the higher paying customers at the top of their list). He/she seems to favor customers who walk in, buy 1 common item and then leave.My advice? Do not spend money here unless you are buying 1 item, or (for some perverse reason) like to be treated with persistent contempt.
