Mark is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our carpet had to be ordered, but it came quickly, and the full house carpeting was scheduled immediately and completed in two days. We had some tricky install work on the stairs that could have gone better, but everything else looks great!

I had a fantastic experience! Mark helped us decide on the perfect carpet which could not of turned out better. The install process was smooth and seamless. They took my furniture apart and put it back together the right way in a timely fashion. I could not recommend them enough!

My flooring was done in 1 day and looks terrific! The workers were very efficient and respectful. I was given a quote for the total cost of the job, but was unable to get specifics broken down regarding cost of materials versus labor. When asked, I was given the total quote. I decided to go ahead with the work and was not disappointed. However, this made it difficult to get comparable figures. In the end, a job well done.

I highly recommend this company. Extremely professional and over the top customer service. Besides coming to my home to show samples, there way multiple communications advising me of next steps. Then sales rep (owner) came to introduce me to installers and after job completed owner came back to check in to make sure all was to my satisfaction. Best service ever. Product was more than I expected as well (new feature of carpet) and installers took extreme care when moving my furniture and also cleaned up after install.
