The best car buying experience Ive ever had. I was an out-of-state customer whom found a great vehicle within their inventory, since it was a great distance to travel to view/inspect the vehicle, I requested pictures to be taken of the underside of the chassis and the engine bay. They went out of their way to place the vehicle on the lift, and take very high definition photos. This resulted within confidence to purchase a plane ticket to go test drive and possibly purchase the vehicle. When I arrived, I was greeted by Dennis whom has been in communication with me for weeks as I asked an abundant amount of questions within emails to which were answered on a very timely basis. That morning, He enabled me to thoroughly view and inspect the vehicle, there was no salesman hovering or pressuring me at ANY time during this purchase. These gentlemen do this as a hobby and its truly an enthusiasm based operation, mainly from admiration of finely crafted vehicles. I arrived at before nine and left just before noon that day, very efficient. Mr. Arsh is very kind, reasonable and relatable gentleman whom shared personal experience and suggestions as we conducted this transaction. During the time when they drafted the bill of sale amongst other forms, they have an outstanding break room or recreation room just above their garage. Upon my long drive home, they even followed up to make sure I made it safely. This is truly an outstanding experience, I highly advise other buyers to look into their inventory and conduct their purchases through this business.

Great dealership with great customer service. Purchased a bmw 428i 5 days ago from out of state and the staff were very helpful and accommodating of my packed schedule. Arsh, the owner, even came back into the dealership at 9:30 pm to finalize the sale! And it only took about 15 minutes to sign all the paperwork and handle the multiple payments. The car was beautifully detailed and when I came to test drive and inspect it for the first time it was given another dusting(I couldnt even tell there was dust on it). Another thing to mention is that I was never pushed to buy the car, nor was I even encouraged. I have the feeling if I backed down from the deal I would not have gotten multiple guilt tripping calls asking what they did wrong and why I dont want the car as I have gotten from other dealerships. Arsh and his staff definitely care about their cars whether it is dealership inventory or his collection, as well as their customers.

Talk about a dealership experience that I wasn’t expecting. This is not your traditional dealership! I usually dread vehicle shopping. Full. Of. Lies. I bought a BMW 750Li xDrive from them and noticed it had dark tints. I inquired about the tints and Dennis assured me they were within legal range. Got pulled over recently by a state trooper and he cited me for ILLEGAL tints! I was in the same state to which they sold me the car, so they KNEW they were acting illegally in selling me the car. I bought a 2015 4runner Trail From Executive Motor Cars, lets start off with I wasnt very sure to buy a car sight unseen over 359 miles away from me but I there google reviews had me convinced to call. I called them and talked to them about the 4runner and they told me anything I need to let them know, so i asked for a few pictures of areas I didnt see well in the posted pictures, they got them to me the same day, even offered to facetime me and do a walk around live on the phone. They were telling me about the history of the car and I ran a Carfax and everything they said was true! I havent ever bought a car from anywhere else beside Beechmont Toyota. I put a down payment down and flew to Chicago and took and uber to there shop. I was meet there a little earlier than opening time since my flight got in earlier than expected. I looked the car over and test drove it and i was very happy, I was in and out within an hour! Used to waiting about 3-4 hours to complete a car deal. this was amazing. I left there dealer and drove a 2300 miles trip with zero problems. Its not everyday you find a trust worthy car dealer, but I can say i have! 100% would recommend to buy a car from Executive Motor Carz!

I recently bought a 2016 Infiniti qx70 from Executive Motor Carz (Yes with a z cause they are awesome) and I am still impressed with how great of an experience it has been for me.I work as a car hauler in the northeast US area (Massachusetts based). So I know how a lot of dealerships act both in the sales department and with the quality of cars they are trying to sell. I found this car online (after lots of research) through cargurus.com and I was hesitant at first because I am roughly 1000 miles away from this dealer, this was my first time buying something completely virtual without being able to physically see the car in person. After calling and talking with Dennis, I really felt a sense of HONEST and TRUE about the car they were offering. They sent me a carfax and all additional pictures I had asked for. Even after I had agreed to buy the car they still went above and beyond to do a video call with me to do a full walk around on the car. As expected, it only made me feel more sure as to what I was buying. After payment they even set up shipping and I got the car shipped from them right to my door!! Since getting the car its only exceeded my expectations.I know its a long review, but I really wanted to take the ease of anyone else thinking about buying from executive motor carz from a distance. I was in the market for a solid vehicle to drive for work to replace a recently wrecked vehicle. I took a chance on contacting them because of the stigma associated with small car dealers, but i can say i was BLOWN AWAY by the amount of customer care, information, attention to every detail and overall experience of dealing with them. I had 4 other of the same make and model vehicles to look at that day i went to see all the ones i had listed as possible buys, I may as well saved the time on those other visits and went there FIRST. i had talked via email and over the phone to them several times before deciding to go see this particular Acura MDX. That particular vehicle was MORE impressive in person that the several photos i looked at online. It was detailed to near perfection and drove as good as it looked. Sitting down and talking for a while with the owner and his young son was a treat in its own right. I must point out as well that out of the 4 MDX vehicles i looked at, ONLY ONE was close to being as clean, drove as good as the one at EMC. The level of extra care and maintenance they showed me they had down on this car pushed things over the top for me and after a test drive where they tossed me the keys and gave me a route for me and my dad to go check the car out i was DONE. Lastly, the price we saw online was the price they sold it to me, unless 2 of the other dealers who had a comparable price but then when i asked if that was the OUT THE DOOR price it sudden went u by 2500$. lastly i was buying from out of state, flew up on a 1 way to buy one of the 4 and then start the 1100 mile drive that afternoon, everything was smooth, seamless and no pressure from them that i felt like i was getting a car from a friend to drive. I think ive said enough, beautiful car, great people, very consumer friendly business.thank you guys for putting me in my new work vehicle, it was a pleasure.

I bought my car 2019 Porsche 911 GT3RS from Executive Motor Carz. In beginning I was very worry if I can trust or send my big money to someone whom I dont know in Illinois. Anyway I took the risk and proceed wired my big saving after three quick negotiations. Surprisingly EMC was very helpful arranging shipping of my car to Guam, and following up with me couple times before my clean beautiful 911 arrives here. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. The staff was very friendly, gave me a competitive price. The owner even came out and to talk to me about the car. The reason it has been so good is at other dealers there is so much pressure from the sales staff to buy a car, any car no matter who you are. The Executive Motor Cars staff told me what car to look for, even of it wasnt from them. This made me comfortable with buying from them and I have not had one problem with the car since. Amazingly, the staff still checks in on me and the car.
