Joey was great. Listened to us, found the right product, both quality and look. We were set to go with a certain brand of LVT, he looked at a sample we had and pointed several things that concerned him about the quality. When I did more in depth research, found both professional product analysis and customer reviews that mentioned exactly what he pointed out. We are almost considering replacing the remaining tile in our home with the LVT, that is how amazing the quality and look is.He found the perfect combination of shower wall, shower floor and bathroom floor tile for our bathroom remodel. The installation is amazing.Some people have expressed a concern with the service. Even though he is alone, he has always been there when we needed him, and had gotten us materials very quickly on a pinch to make up for my mistakes in calculating the needed quantities.He has quality products at just about every price point and will help you find the perfect combination to match your existing and new installations.

No one there to help. A new office girl (so she said), she didnt help either. We just walked around by ourselves, then left....Joey: I understood everything you said about the the challenges with Covid. Myself and family have been in customer service for years and expected something a little more. She didnt ask our name, give us a business card, try and get in touch with you to see if you could possibly answer a few questions, nothing. Im sorry we missed you. We were hoping to spend our money with a local merchant, but perhaps another time.
