Great service. Hands down one of the best HomeGoods Ive ever shopped at. The workers were very friendly and I appreciated that and very helpful. Its a little smaller than some of the other stores but its organized and tidy theres not stuff just thrown all over the place. I like that because it makes it easier to find things that are similar to each other in color and such.

I always seem to find a good deal at this location. I was pleasantly surprised to see everything so well laid out and not out of order like and some other stores. I went back three days in a row to make different purchases and found what I needed on each trip. The staff was extremely helpful and I cant say many more good things about them overall as a team. Im grateful to be so close to a HomeGoods

The cashier in lane 3 showed great displeasure when I did not wish to donate to St. Jude’s Charity this evening. She doesn’t know me. Why would she show such disdain? She should not work a cash register if she will make people feel bad after having shopped in the store that employs her. The way a cashier treats customers determines if they will come back. She needs to be trained in the art of customer service.

This location has amazing stuff. I went here a few times to look for items for my new place and every time I bought some cool items. They also have a great selection of food items as well as coffee and tea products. I bought some awesome international quality teas from here. I would recommend checking out this location if you are a regular shopper.

Interesting store to look around to find decoration for your home. We found some artificial plants to bring some aesthetics towards the office cubicle space. They also sell many styles of wall decorations, tables, stands, chairs, etc.

I can spend a while paycheck here, sadly! So fun to meander up and down the aisles for unique items and good prices.

Its a clean and nice storeUnfortunately they dont keep anything in the back, and if you find something nice but not in the amount you need, you need to grab them and after that start calling other stores to find out if they have it to complete the amount you need.That let me know an employee yesterday :(

Much more training is needed for line customer service employees. I purchased an item yesterday using my Mastercard and they were not able to look it up for a return or store credit. Yes, it is October of 2018 while I am writing this review.

Store had a lot of cool stuff. A lot of confusion at the register because I was opening a new credit card account. Kept getting locked out of registers.

This HomeGoods is great for home decor and organization. Although they have a huge section for kitchenware, their selection is not as good as other non-specialty discount retailers. Id recommend going elseware for that.

I want to compliment Vicky the manager. She helped me get a large box for my Spode Decoration that Irvine stores refused to do. She was fun and gracious. I watched her with her coworkers and she had such a good tapport.it was a very busy time and she did it with a smile.

Do not buy from this store. Staff is rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming and unable to answer questions without anger or frustration. The manager Vicky barked at staff and customers. She even accused customers of being dishonest after I asked her about HGs return policy- very unprofessional. I was not once given an answer to basic questions without an insult attached to it. The staff have a chip on their shoulder that is easily set off. Do not buy from this store. Management needs to get involved and do some retraining. Customers should not have this kind of experience in a retail store.

We were in Lake Forest location. We have purchased an item and went to the cashier before their closing hours. But the Cashier named Shelly was sooooo Rude! I was going to say something really bad but I cant be like her! She is absolutely problem for this store. If the manager or owner has Cameras please check my transaction at 9.26pm on 07.07.18I visited store many many times but not any more!Good luck with Shelly!!!

I’m never coming to this place ever again ! This place is absolutely ridiculous. My cousin, and I were sitting because, we were looking at the chairs, seeing if we should buy or not. An employee comes towards us, absolutely gave us attitude. literally kicked us out !!! This is so absurd. YOU GUYS SHOULD NEVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE ! THEYRE EMPLOYERS ARE ABSOLUTELY RACIST AND RUDE ! 😓🤩🤩

I usually come here to buy wrapping paper and stationary. Oh..linen spray too. Occasionally I will buy their candy or cookies. Last couple times have been disappointing, however. The linen spray (think FEBREEZE for fabric) that I could always count on them having tons of (cheap!!) is for the most part, gone! Also, bought several boxes of cookies. The expiration date was a few months away. They were stale. I only opened one box. They wouldnt let me return the unopened boxes, saying that they didnt take food back!! OMG

So much stuff out already. Store was packed.

Tried two separate times to return items well within their 30 day return policy and with a receipt and both times was told I could only get store credit. Only after arguing for a while could I get cash back on ONE of the orders. Felt like I was getting sold a sales pitch for how I could only get store credit and wasnt allowed my money back.

This is really messy place I shouldnt recommended to no body,I suggest to the manager to get organize because they have to many things and you dont appreciate with a disorder. .....
