Holy cow, the high ratings for this location are spot on. I was already grateful they were able to take me last minute but the waxing itself was so painless I didnt even realize she was done! I will definitely be making my way back here more often.

I want to share photos but it might be too disturbing! I went in for a Brazilian was 5 minutes late and the receptionist would not check me in instead she wasted my time taking to then say you have to reschedule you’re passed 8 min! After asking for managers contact she decided to let me go. She did not tell me anything and applied scorching hot wax I screen and that’s too hot! She it has to be this hot and applied what felt even hotter I kicked and cried saying you are burning me it’s too hot I can’t tolerate this! It was soo hot that the pulling was nothing compared to the hot wax! I said look I cannot do this is my skin burned? She said no and applied the same heat! At that point I must’ve passed out and said I can’t do this can I please see the wax you’ve pulled? Because I was bloody and had wax residue all over including my clitorys she refuse to show me and said NO YOU DONT WANNA SEE IT! I must’ve passed out because all I remember is her saying I COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB! This one is not as hot ok? I told her forget the Brazilian I wanted to she must have noticed the damage because sudently she was extremely nice telling me next time it be soo much better! I ended up with Burns to my Dermis, swollen glands, infected hair follicle and worse parts of my skin wnt allow the hair to grow because skin is damaged from burns so l have to suffer with infection and painful ingrowns. Is now 2 months no hair in some areas but I am stuck. I have to laser to possibly get some pain relieve. A nightmare

I went there for my first brazillian, and it was the worst first experience ever, I had Paola, she did NOT guide me through any of it and made me feel really judged, i got home and noticed there was a ton of bleeding and wax residue. The front desk was very nice but they pressured us into tipping crazy amounts because we’re minors, and asked if we were tipping too which like obviously we would but u don’t ask a customer that. My friend who I went with got Tracy and she was satisfied, so that’s why they’re getting 2 stars instead of 1, if you ever go MAKE SURE YOU DONT GET PAOLA!!!! anyways i don’t think i’ll be going here again!!

Parker is the best! She makes every visit comfortable and always provides a great service. She is gentle and informative on taking care of your skin between waxes. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a wax specialist.

I love going to this place because, first of all, they’re cheaper than the other wax places that I used to go to AND they also have better quality wax. After I’m done getting waxed, it feels less harsh on my skin and the healing process is much smoother. I have one aesthetician that I see every time I have an appointment because her and I just clicked right away. I highly recommend getting waxed here!

I got a bikini wax for the first time and Parker was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole service. She also gave me tips on exfoliating to prevent ingrown hairs. If you are looking for a wax specialist go see Parker you won’t be disappointed!

I tried European Wax Center a couple years ago and never strayed since. The special hard wax they use is much gentler and less painful for my sensitive skin. The service is always comfortable and fast, which goes a long way when getting a wax! In particular, I highly recommend Illiana. Her experience shows in her speed, attention to detail, and amazing service with a smile.

Parker is the best waxer! Shes quick but still gentle and fun to talk to! I refuse to get waxed by anyone other than her. She makes me feel comfortable and does a great job. Im actually looking forward to my appointment next weekend!

Natalia is the best waxer for Brazilians. She is quick (10-15 min) and does a great clean job and makes the time go by fast because she is easy to talk to and very easy going. I buy the 12 wax pack and EWC lets me use them at whatever frequency i want- unlike other wax places that force you to use them in 12 months or you lose them. I love EWC.

This location is great! The wax doesnt hurt as much as the other places!
