When I visited the Sallys in lake forest the clerk in the store was not helpful about information regarding a certain product for lifting unwanted color out, Also didnt inform me that I would need to purchase 2 for my length of hair.This wasnt the 1st time store employee wasnt so helpful.?????????????

Id just like to inform the staff at Sallys Beauty. I have been a customer here for some time. I am not always happy with some of the unfriendly but helpful types, that work there. During this unfortunate event, of citizens to stay home, Iam very grateful of all places that remain open. (In grocery myself). Just because your doing curb side p/u. Id like to note not all customers are aware. Some do actually call, because of random questions, annoying it usually is You had 2 employees there on Tuesday. One sat at computer. The other didnt barely answer the phone, to her reluctancy she obliged. I understand we all have familys. I am right here! (Big arrows pointing all around me. Able to be seen. For she had been stocking shelves. Sorry to interrupt! I can relate, its not the most thrilling of positions. Tho, Your probably at Sallys because your indifferent attitude! maybe its your day off, you dont like shopping for us. (We dont like it any better) I dont care what excuse u may create, its unbecoming of a person in the beauty industry whos sole job is Customer Service. I dont know if employment at Sallys is any greater, than orher options. If any! Your customers do not have the plague. All u need to do is Pick up your in store phone. Love it or return in guarantee is complete bull. I bought a product only did a small test on it and they didnt let me return it. Theyd rather cut their own arms off than give you a return. Id give negative stars if I could.

Medium-sized Sally Beauty Supply in a small trip mall in Lake Forest. Typical range of hair coloring chemicals, nail applies, appliances and a small selection of cosmetics. Staff are super nice and helpful, but the store seems understaffed. Great prices if you happen to be there during a sale, and staff will go out of their way to make sure you are getting any applicable discount.

Went here on a Saturday around 9:10am, saw they werent opened, waited over 30 mins and still the shop never opened! (Hours on the window, google, and online show Mon - Sat 9sm to 8pm and Sun 9am to 7pm.) Tried calling the store since there was no sign on the stating other hours, auto mated system asks me to put in an access code. Never going here again!

My wife has had me going here for years to pick up hair products for her. They always are helpful with even my dumbest questions. Always a smile and willing to be patient with me.

The Sallys on Rockfield in lake forest should be closed or the employees Fired! They gave me the wrong advice on hair dye. I called to see if I could get a refund ($32.00)The manager during the day said Yes.Lets just say I went back 3 different times. Customers dont come first their.

Only place you can go and get a toner without having a license for those emergency situations !!!!!

The worst store ever I got their during their closing time but their door is open wide and their is 3 employees inside .... One of them jump and smash the door on my face and said we are closed ... I was like sorry I did not know but I am looking for one product and I drive all the way please I have My kid in the car and she needs it for school tomorrow please help me .... And she said no no no and lock the door double time ..... I dont know about you but if all 3 of us are standing and chatting if a customer comes and say please and polite I will have a heart ... It wont kill me .... Its not like I am going out the door .... So I took my business right across the street to ULTA ..... Which I got treated with a smilie face right from the door ! They dont even deserve a single star ! If they dont have a hart !
