I had a new replacement grill installed by BBQ Grill Outlet today at home. The installation was completed by Jose and Nick and have been supported by Lisa at the office location. The install was done in a timely manner. They arrived at the appointed time, performed their work in a clean and efficient manner. Actually came in under the original cost estimate for the install and were very polite and helpful in explaining how to make the grill work properly. Overall I was very satisfied with the whole experience. I will use them again and recommend to other people.

Jose and Nick just installed my new Hestan Grill. They did a wonderful job with the installation. It needed a few modifications to get the correct fit. It is perfect fit now. Went in for a new gas line hose came out with a new barbecue. They were very helpful and even recommended another place for the gas line.But after talking with the guys and learning a lot about each of the grills and what the strengths and weaknesses were, I purchased a floor model for a very good price.Great quality and they even helped me load it into my suburban

We purchased a Lynx 36 Grill to replace grill that was installed n our grill island. There was an issue with the installation compatibility. We were directed to Ron Kuskie one of the associates at BBQ Grill Outlet. He designed and rebuilt our existing island to accommodate the new BBQ. We also asked him to re-tile the top of the island. The result is a work of artistry. Fantastic job, Ron.

I am a women and went in there to find a BBQ and Fireplace. I was talked down to by the salespeople and eventually purchased a Delta Heat. What was promised is definitely what was not delivered. The company then acts like they dont know you and tell you to call the manufacturer. When they delivered the Fireplace, it was 2 hours late and missing parts. 2 weeks later and they still havent called to make it right. Now I have a big piece of cement that does nothing over $2k. Now thats a deal. This place sucks!!! Still no calls... What a ripoff!!

We purchased a Lynx grill, a grill cover, a drawer unit and a gas patio heater from the BBQ Grill Outlet. Ron, the salesperson we dealt with, was great. He explained everything we asked about in detail and helped us choose what equipment was best for us. The contractor that was working in our backyard, installed everything but would not do the heater. We had Antonio Arrendondo do it for us. He did a great job and made sure it was working 100% before he left. Not sure what we might need in the future, but I would definitely go back to the BBQ Grill Outlet!

My husband and I just bought a new home in Lake Forests new community called Baker Ranch. We checked out a number of BBQ stores and didnt really find what we were looking for until we went to The BBQ Grill Outlet in Lake Forest off El Toro. The BBQ Grill Outlet had a lot of grills to choose from Bob Hahn was our designer and he really knew the BBQ equipment and BBQ island designs! We started with a sketch of what my husband and I had envisioned for our BBQ island and then Bob developed a CAD drawing on his lap top (which was 3D and super cool looking). My husband and I could see exactly how it was going to look and were blown away by the level of detail Bob had put into our BBQ island. Not only was Bob very professional and great to work with, but the installation Project Manager was great in communicating before and during the construction as well. The team that installed and finished the BBQ island were experienced, clean and very friendly. Everything about this company was top notch! We LOVE LOVE LOVE our BBQ island and couldnt be any happier!!!

Great service and experience purchasing fireplace logs. Yes, more expensive than HD or Lowes! However, wouldnt you pay more for lifetime ceramic logs vs inexpensive concrete ones? The set I purchased was a 30 set including the pan, a three level flame tri-bar and a silent supply line in BLACK. No whistling at all!!! It also included lava rock and burning ember material. Service was excellent as the salesperson walked me thru sizing and style by providing videos of each of the 18 styles of logs. Thanks a million! I highly recommend BBQ E.
