I have been purchasing equipment from US air for 15 plus years and have always had great customer service. Miles and his team are always ready and willing to go the extra mile.

US air Lake forest is my first call in the morning. I can always get the answers I need, supplies and equipment needed for a profitable day. AS an HVAC contractor I have many choice were I can buy my supplies, I choose US air Lake Forest primarily because of Miles and Jeff. They are very efficient and most importantly friendly.

This is a shot out to Jeff. Every time I call, he is always fast and find exactly the part that I need. He is always polite and friendly. These days, it is tough to find good customer service, especially for us, contractors. Their prices are always great. I am definitely going to be doing more business with them.

Computer systems down all day. Drove all the way down to pick up parts. Not accommodating at all. Arrogant and not helpful at all. Other better supply houses nearby.
