This is the best UPS store that I’ve ever done business with. They’re always fast, kind and hardworking. I have shipped dozens (maybe hundreds) of items here for years, and have never had a bad experience! Today, they closed at 2pm for the holiday, but at 3:30pm they saw me at the door to see if they were open, and they let me ship my item even though they were closed! This place makes the USPS Post Office look bad...keep up the incredible work, guys!

This is my “Go To Place” for mailing pkgs. They keep records of my past shipments.I can usually get in and out in 5 minutes. They take care of everything. They weigh, I pay, they pack I walk out the door with tracking number. The price of knowing it will be carefully packed and sent off to correct address is worth the price of shipping. This UPS Store goes above and beyond just a place to ship packages. Professional, friendly, attention to detail, quick service, etc.

They don’t send out packages overnight as per what the customer request to be delivered. They, also don’t provide tracking information to the customers

Love these guys and gals and this store. There is not much they dont do. One thing they dont do is deliver your packages people! That is totally a different branch of UPS. I moved here to Lake City, 17 years ago and it always has been mygo-to-store. I am treated with honesty and respect and it does not get any better than that.

Called 5 times; phone just rang the 1st time, 3 times I was hung up on, and the last time I was sent to the voicemail. Its like they dont want to be bothered during business hours.

Very incompetent people! Drivers leave packages at the wrong address and when you call to ask them to make sure they deliver it to the right address they say theres nothing they can do. Very disappointed in this location, never had trouble with this location until recent new drivers. I hope they are able to give them the proper training that then need.

Do not leave anything at this UPS Store without asking for a receipt.I made the expensive mistake of dropping off an open Amazon return package and declining the offered receipt. The package disappeared off the UPS Store counter. No tracking number, nobody knows anything about it. There were only two people in the store at the time, myself and a store employee. And I didnt steal my own package.Ill hand my UPS return packages to a UPS driver from now on.

I was looking for somewhere to get some documents notarized and I visited this store. The store owner delivered fantastic notary service and I was finished in less than 5 minutes. If you need documents notarized then I recommend going to Mr. Morses store. I will definitely do more business with this store in the future.

Just a quick visit to drop off a router with pre-paid shipping. Not much to do but wait for the receipt. In and out, no line or wait👍

Great service. Went to OfficeMax to fax and they tried for 15 min and couldnt get it to send. Came here and I was in and out with a confirmation in no time!

I don’t know why but every time I get a package through UPS they NEVER bring it to my door. I just had a Very expensive tv delivered and he or she left it under my carport when it’s about to rain. This is becoming ridiculous they’re lucky my tv didn’t get wet, stolen or damaged I mean what is the company paying you for if you can’t even deliver correctly ?

Called multiple,multiple times. The phone was never answered.

I had a small package sent from Jacksonville to Lake City, over night, it cost me $26.36, it was shipped on wed.the 5th of October, I have yet to see the package, it is Sunday Oct.9th, i still need the package. I did the tracking and you say it was miss handled and will be arriving in the next business day, I want my money back, you failed to deliver.Joe Brown

Call the lake city office and they told me I could pick up my package in the store I paid $100 for today air and when I arrive to the lake city ups Store the lady was locking the door 15 minutes early after she told me as long as I’m there before seven drove over a half hour away to get there and she told me to come back tomorrowShitty customer service
